30Jason has always come to the rescue when we've had computer issues. The repairs and/or upgrades have been within a day or two and reasonably priced. He will always phone and inform us before making any changes and let us know the cost. Have been going to Jason for a few years now and very happy with his service.

Jason was an absolute pleasure to deal with, great turnaround time and pricing after my computer decided to delete Windows, I had it dropped off quoted and repaired and had it back in 6 hours with everything redone, new anti virus installed and everything running beautifully. Will be going back for all my computer upgrades and repairs from now on. Thanks again Jason you are brilliant.

I've been going to Jason on and off for a few years now. I used to have a 5 year old ASUS computer that - in all honesty - needed to be replaced. However I was too broke to do that so instead I found myself heading over to Jason once every 6 months or so.
I'm normally able to fix most computer issues myself. But for the really hard problems - and I mean the *really* hard problems - Jason is a tech wiz who will fix anything. His prices are very fair if you understand what it is that he does and why he is giving you the quote that he's giving you. He's also willing to let you pay in installations if you're someone like me who is perpetually broke.
The most recent act of heroism Jason performed was with a Windows 10 crash on my newest computer. A system restore went wrong and Jason had to manually reinstall windows 10. First he re-tried every solution I attempted - just in case I got it wrong. He didn't charge for that - just the reinstall. That's 4-5 hours of work that he did and didn't ask to be paid.
He's open at odd hours and will see you at short notice. If you're in the area and you're stressing out over a computer issue I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I needed a 3.5" to 2.5" HDD bracket fairly urgently around 7pm - most places were closed. Called to find he had the part and stayed open past closing until I arrived.
I expected to be charged a premium for after hours but was blown away when he wanted less than MSY/PC case gear were charging.

Too expensive, I fixed my computer at the half price what he was asking. Not happy with the pricing.
