I WISH I COULD PUT 0 STARS
AFTER TELLING REASON FOR VISIT 3 TIMES AT RECEPTION I WAS QUESTIONED RUDELY AND SCOLDED FOR MY ATTITUDE,
BUNCH OF IDIOTS STAFF
WAT A RUDE NURSE THEY HAVE WHO SCREAMS AT PEOPLE INFRONT OF PATIENTS

Dr Hardy is an excellent GP. Very compassionate and thorough, would highly recommend. Reception experience can occasionally be a bit hit and miss, which is understandable in a global pandemic, but if you have some patience and respect you shouldn't have a problem. Don't let past reviews stop you from coming here
I'm shocked, I really hope this clinic records phone calls.the lady who answred the phone at 2.45pm today 2/12/2020.my goodness was absolutely rude and sour for no reason! Just quickly rushing me off the phone in such a nasty way. Still shocked.
I would just like to share my experience with this clinic and Dr Hardy. The clinic is just the cleanest. The waiting room makes me very comfortable. Dr Hardy is the best GP I have ever had the pleasure of meeting here in Australia. I just had one medical concern but she made sure I was okay in health overall. She was genuine and caring and I am absolutely happy with the service she has provided me. Thank you very much, Dr Hardy!
Cant judge about the service of doctors but reception lady today, 22/07/2020 at 13: 40 was unfriendly. She told me I need a double appointment (for 160$) for consultation, not too sure how she judged I need this.
Then she was taking the phone while still talking to me without excusing that she takes it. I left afterwards.
Doctor Scott Baker is the most dedicated, kind and professional GP that you will come to know. He has been my GP for a year now and I commend him for my much improved quality of life. 10/10 Scott
Drs Singh and Baker have provided excellent care for my 10 year old son. They are through, compassionate and well informed about the latest research and treatments. I'd recommend this practice.
