Yu was very prompt in all the updates. His report covers all the points needed for a prospective buyer. He was diligent and very professional in completing the report in no time. The report contains photos and points out what needs attention. Overall I had a very good experience be it from booking, pricing, flexibility and professionalism. All well done!

The inspector was very helpful and answered all my questions as we were also looking at the property I saved about $250-$300 compared to other quotes and they were very in depth, took their time plus very fast with responding and getting the report done, so would recommend James for future jobs. Thanks mate

Great Customer Service Pre-Sale, Shocking After Sale. The Inspector said he would call before the visit since we were promise he could check some extras for a possible reno, he didn't. The report was filled and sent in 1 hour, meaning it wasn't very thorough. The report looked very vague and not professional. He didn't make an effort to move furniture. The inspector found a few defects and we gave him a call to know more about them. His communication was useless and he couldn't even give us a quote on some of the repairs. Overall, I don't recommend this service.

I highly recommend this company. Appointment was made within the week I booked. On the inspection day, I had a call from the inspector, Guy, who warned me of several serious issues with the property I was about to purchase. I received my report 2 hours later, which was well detailed and easy to understand. This helped me to make my decision about the property, and potentially saving me thousands in repairs. I've already had 3 house inspections with YBI. Very thorough and professional reports. Received the reports very quickly. Strongly recommend them.

Guy's attention to detail in the report was excellent. We didn't win the bidding war for the property but, as I told Guy, we will certainly come back to YBI for the next inspection. Was definitely worth the money and we were impressed with the speediness of the report given the tight deadline we were given.

We Had Guy come out to our house before we purchased it, he was very thorough and explained the issues clearly so we could understand what Risks we were taking on before the purchase our house, we would definitely use again

Guy and Sonia super personable, understanding and demonstrated great patience for a process though day to day for them is life-changing for us. Guy was honest, open and detailed in the conversation post inspection. Open and understanding - really gave us the confidence to both step away from a property that was a possible money pit but also the confidence to engage the off-market bid process and a process we were successful in.

Guy is a great building inspector. Guy is detailed with the information and turns the report around the same day as the inspection.

Did some ringing around and these guys were the cheapest. They were professional and quick. Got the report the same day

Overall I was quite disappointed with this service, the report was very basic and not well explained i.e photos attached had no explanation.
The building report was not as detailed as other companies I have dealt with in the past.
There was no follow-up call from the inspector which is my main gripe.
However the service was economical.
