I had the pleasure being able to secure a appointment with Kristyna, and my expectations exceeded my past experiences of therapeutic massage.
Kristyna was able to diagnose troublesome areas of the body and alleviate the discomfort I was experiencing. After treatment I my movement was noticeably improved.

Kristyna works magic every time I go in there. I don’t know what she does, but she sure knows her stuff & I trust her 100% with my often challenging body. As a remedial massage therapist myself, I can probably say that I'm fairly picky- and that Kristyna is the best remedial massage therapist I have ever seen.
So good, that I'll continue driving the 27 minutes past multiple other therapists to see her, because she's 100% worth it.

I don’t mean to brag but i’ve been to a few Remedial Massage Therapists over the years (at a rate of at least monthly to counter the effects of a strenuously physical then a desk office job) and Kristyna is hands down (LOL) the best and I am most loyal!

Krystina’s knowledge around the body and what to do if you want to achieve a certain goal is above and beyond. I will hobble in with a lot of pain and leave feeling 10 times lighter with less tension in my spine. Been seeing her for about 2 years and would never need to change as she gets me the results and helps me manage my chronic pain.
