You Yangs Regional Park reviews
69Toilets are horrible and dirty, otherwise good views but its also too high and hard to get to the top.i would like if there were rails to hold onto on our way up too:/
Great hiking spot for those wanting a nice jog or a nice hike with views to compliment. Great location for picnics as well.
Did the Flinders Peak walk (4kms) on a warm and sunny winter Saturday. Was a lovely walk, took an hour round trip. Beautiful views of nature and of the city in the distance. Free parking, access and toilets. Definitely recommend!
If you like a good hike, this is the place. Loved it, even a better place for a picnic too.
There's a nice 5k trail here? Lovely views of the surrounding areas. Try visiting when it's sunny to see everything. My parents are pretty unfit but they managed to do the trail as well. There are public restrooms at the start of the trail as well. Bring some drinks and sandwiches because there's plenty of spots on the trail where you can sit. No camping allowed though.
Great place to hike and enjoy the beauty of our Australian bush. The sunset is beautiful from the rock climbing area.
Loved the place. Steep and has great views. There are multiple tracks to hike and many picnic grounds dotted across the regional Park.
The You Yangs National Park in Victoria is an absolute cracker of a place for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts.

Love this place.nice hike to the peak.or even a drive to the park.
See some kangaroos around. Nice views all around the park
Absolutely loved the trekking. Went with our tiny humans, for our first trek ever, but worth it. It was indeed tiring but its okay, you can take small breaks in between. Make sure you wear active wear, and keep a water bottle and wipes if you have kids. A small bag to carry all the necessary stuff.
There are several picnic areas, with bbq pits. So you can make a whole day out of it. And its a public park, which is free!
Great place to get fit. We are seniors from Werribee. View is magnificent. Easy to get to. Enjoyed the day there.
Nice little spot not far from civilisation. Was hoping to spy on some koalas. But was left wanting.
Such a nice trail! Beautiful view and enough parking space. Very happy with the cleanliness as well
A very good hike. Great view of the city and Port Phillip Bay. Easy enough for kids and not to far from Melbourne
Great regional Park. Beautiful surrounding views. Trails for all fitness levels. Highly recommended
Amazing place to go to if you don't want to drive too far for hiking. Generous parking available. Scenic and great hangout place on the massive rocks. May encounter snakes crossing path whilst hiking early in the morning.
This is a great place to go for a hike. It is dog friendly as long as you pick up after them and ensure they are on a leash.
There are different trails for those more experienced and fit but I like the look out at the big rock.
Im always seeing families there having picnics and going for hikes.
Amazing trekking experience. Beautiful view from the top. Great picnic spot in between the nature
Short drive from Melbourne and amazing for hiking. There were lots of different walks but we went for the Flinders Peak walk. It has some steep steps but overall the return walk is manageable within 1.5 hours even if you take long breaks. At the end of the walk you're rewarded with breathtaking views of Victoria. Parking was easy to find too although it was slightly crowded.
