3I am a full time working mother of 2 kids and work as teacher aid in a big public school in Melbourne. It can be stressful many times due to work pressure. Yoga Teacher Training with Samir & Shilpa has helped me both personally and professionally. The concepts and teachings that I learnt during my training, I apply in my everyday life and every situation. This training has helped me to be more calm, patient, given me problem solving skills, mental clarity, discipline and balance in all aspects of life. Now I am more efficient with time management and feel more confident and strong from inside and outside.
Samir is a fantastic instructor and the classes are amazing.
The meditation classes are very calming and relaxing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend.
