Yo-Chi

Yo-chi is always a wonderful place to go whether, your with friends, family, or even by yourself. It’s cool, refreshing, filling, authentic, and tastes very good. The flavours and toppings change with trends and time, keeping them fresh and new.
C the service is always nice and ready to help. They offer tasting so if you are unsure, make sure you ask a staff member. The atmosphere is nice, in a rustic-modern sort of way, also allowing room for a lot of customers. It makes you feel warm and welcome as you stem inside. There is good climate control for both hot and cold days, and I definitely recommend paying this venue a visit.

Frequenting this spot with friends for years, it’s a popular hangout with limited seating and often a queue, so arriving early or late is advisable. The frozen yogurt is consistently excellent, though I’ve noticed it getting pricier with each visit—maybe it’s just me getting used to it. Highly recommended!

I was yelled at by your staff member tonight. It was extremely embarrassing and uncalled for. My hand touched the yogurt of which I was about to pour into my cup and I was met with a very loud ‘EXCUSE ME! ’ From a short haired girl. She ranted on and was extremely rude and loud toward me. I understand that my hand touching the yogurt was unhygienic but seriously no excuse to scream at me. I was extremely shaken up I wanted to just get out of the store as quick as I could. I was sweating with anxiety. I’m really not a confrontational person so I just apologised and finished the transaction quietly and left. The experience I had tonight at this Yo-chi store has left a bitter taste in my mouth and a huge knot in my stomach. I’m really upset by what happened and now I cannot ever bring myself to come back to your store which is unfortunate because my partner and I who live locally actually do love to Yo-chi frequently. I would really like if this is addressed with the person so that they never scream at a customer again. I would hate for someone to be made to feel the way I did today in your store ever again.

Delicious yogurt ice cream. The natural tart flavour is the best, and if you want some berry flavour on it you can just put some raspberry sauce or strawberries on it. Other fruits available too.
Crushed peanuts and almonds also go well with the raspberry and so does the chocolate powder.

Great vibes. I was silly and splattered my Yo-Chi everywhere.store manager was so lovely about cleaning up and refill at no charge. 10/10 love them

Tastes good! Been here for few times, my favourites are chocolate and salted caramel. It is self serve, grab your own yogurt and pick your own choice of toppings.

This is part of my lido ritual. I always grab something from yochi before going to movies! I like the coconut flavoured yogurt the most it has a lovely after taste.

So yummy! Alot of the yoghurts are gluten free too and are clearly labelled!
The way to add on any extras isn't the most hygienic though, saw hands go directly into the bowls as it's self serve.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. So many topping options for those that want a naughty treat or for those that want a healthy option.
Yoghurt flavours were awesome. All round win win!

Yo Chi is our all time favourite and we absolutely Love the flavours, choice and the Buzz in your Hawthorn store

Today our family was having yo-chi in the big table and 4,5 teenagers came and pushing their empty yo-chi cups to us and saying rude things. As we were with kids, we were doing our best to ignore them not to scare our kids but it was hard. Then a young male staff came and politely but firmly escorted them out. We were so grateful. Yo-chi has been fantastic and it's been our favourite dessert place, now we love even more!

I usually get the classic flavour with lots of strawberries on top and it's so delicious. The place is usually clean and nice.

Even though the yoghurt is cold the atmosphere with the customers and staff is warm. The toppings are plentiful and varied-my favourite is the balls of flavour that burst between your teeth and under your tongue. Tapioca makes me feel I am doing something good for my body.

I love yochi so much. The salted butterscotch is my fav, it is affordable and delicious. I would love to see a mango at yochi.

We are regular customers of Yochi and like to visit them frequently.today my Son wanted to try cookies and cream and it was very wierd in color and didn’t match with the picture shown, upon asking someone at the counter they said yes its cookies and cream, we took that with some Vanilla on the side.by the time we started to eat it was too watery and just the not the right consistency as it should be. When i gave the feedback at the counter that cookies and cream doesn’t have the right consistency and its too watery they said thats how it is, told him we always eat and its never like this. They weren’t sorry or happy to take my feedback. I am very sorry to say but i was very disappointed with the customer service today.

Yo-Chi is fantastic! I love self-serve desserts, so I’m really a fan of Yo-Chi! Totally recommend it!

This girl was very rude my first yocchi and i did not know i can add extra strawberries after payment as i don’t ot speak best english and she was very angry and passive agressive to me and she has short hair and is manly i do not like her.she made me pay for extra strawberries and pur 3 scoops instead of 1 and i got 2 strawberries.i do not like yo hi anymore never again i will report to police

Yo-Chi self-serve frozen yoghurt seems pretty good on the surface, and most of them are not too sweet, I usually combine vanilla with chocolate but you can be far more creative! You can pick and choose your own toppings too. They have a wide array of these, so there is scope for more creativity! I like raspberry coulis, with chocolate dirt added as a final touch. I barely fill the cup - it still costs almost $8! So $16 for two people, with a modest quantity each. I can't see that they offer different cup sizes, either. As they charge by weight, this seems a bit of a swizz, as all their cups are large. So even if you deliberately not even half fill it, I feel they charge too much for the weight. If you filled it to the brim and put a reasonable amount of toppings on, I reckon it'd easily cost $14 per serve, so that's $28, just for two desserts. Smaller cups should be offered, to allow for children's servings. I went here a couple of times several weeks apart, so I gather if they offered different cup sizes, they would have had them on at least one occasion if they ran out of them the other time. I took 3 stars off due to no choice of cup size, as well as the unfortunate prices charged here. The good things about Yo-Chi are the atmosphere their opening hours, the choices available and the staff at the counter are polite and friendly.

The quality of the product is very good and toppings are quite tasty and fresh. One thing that does hurt the brand is your staff, specially the one on the weekends. The person at the cashier is often rude and staring down at customers. ** Thanks for the quick response, Yo-Chi.
