YNA Your Nursing Agency

I have recently completed a six-month stint with the AVOL program and worked with many tremendous YNA and AV colleagues. During this time, the YNA staff were fantastic and promptly responded to any queries about my rostered shifts. Now that this program has ended, it is great to know there are many other opportunities to work with YNA.

I have been in the emplyoment of YNA as an RN for around 3 years and you would be hard pressed to find a more supportive agency.
Could not recommend them more highly and would definetly encourage RNs thinking about agency work to give YNA a try as I have always found them supportive, accomidating and always have the back of their staff

I am both an EN/RN I worked in the AVOL program and found it very rewarding. I was unable to do 12 hour shifts and instead of just simpley excepting my resignation they came back with not 1 but 2 suitable roles for me. I have always.

I had a very good expirence it wasent just sending you to a ward and paying you. If you had any issues or concerns they were more then happy to help you address them.
Even though they are not onsite if needed they have always called back ASAP they also aknowledge that you may need flexible rostering " they dont just allocate you a shift and that's it

They always check with you or if you ring them and say you don't have expirence in a particular type of nursing, they go out of there way to try and find you a more suitable and replacement shift. As well as sebd you to places you have been on a regular basis

If you have nursing expirence & are just looking for the odd shift here and there or the eqivlant of full time with the oppertunity to pick up things like the AVOL program, rural contracts etc.reach out to them

I have worked with this agency as a CPO previously and loved it.

I re-joined them as a nurse because of the previous experience. The management staffs are supportive. Thanks hips to Jan for your support.

I’m working with them as a CPO/ PCA and i love it. One of the best agencies in Melbourne with plenty of shifts in aged cares and hospitals. I love working with them and the staff is even nice.

Worst experience with this agency not supportive at all! I just want to request you guys please don’t join this agency at the end you will regret your decision! Especially the staff is so rude to every staff and never listen to you even you are facing problems!

I felt it is my huge mistake to join yna and then suddenly without any reason or clarification they ask me to quit my job and find another one how come I can find another job on spot even they know what’s going on in my personal life I need support but their staff was so rude if I cancel my shift before 24 hours they still ask me to provide medical clearance… such a traumatic experience… I just request everyone not to join yna if you need support from them they never appreciate you or even never understand your situation.worst experience ever…

What a great agency!
Just recruited with them a week ago and I can’t believe the number of shifts listed on the app each day, even on the weekends!

Went to pick up the uniform and id card. Friendly staff! Unfortunately due to the pandemic, we have to wait outside which was a bit hard when it's raining outside.
