YN Alterations and repair clothing

Got a button sewn on for my client, staff was very lovely and did a great job, can’t recommend enough

Quick and to a high standard. I took a pair of pants in to be taken in at the back seem and it was done so well. They fit perfectly now. Will go back again next time.

I went in to get a dress altered, simple alterations, at the waist taken in, depuffing of some shoulders and a loop added on the finger so I can dance with the train. The fabric was jersey-like and sequins - I was quoted $250 the dress was only $80…. I can buy a whole new dress for that price for alterations.
I went to another alteration place at Altona and she is doing it for $60 - absolute highway robbery, beware of the quote.

Left a horrible stain on my husband’s shirt and still charged. I think you have confused your customers but terrible service, over priced and clearly upset a few too many people.

Make sure you’re really clear on the price when dropping off because it will end up being a lot more than what they quote on the invoice and it takes about a week to get a pair of pants taken up.

Although it was a little more expensive than I expected, the repairs were done quickly, on time and to a very good quality.

Highly recommend YN Alterations in Williamstown. Their staffs are very helpful. I went there to repair my dress and they lets me try in and explain everything very carefully. Im really happy when i get it back. The price is reasonable and service is over expected. Thanks for great job!

If I could give less than 1 star I would!

Dropped off a brand new pair of pants, only to be given the wrong pair of pants back. Same size but worn out and obviously NOT NEW like mine were. Gave the proprietor the opportunity to rectify the mistake that they had made, but was only presented with vulgar profanity.

Would not recommended you take even a hacker-chief here to have mended.: o (

Wow YN Alterations saved my life was going to a wedding, my suit was ripped under the arms and needed it in a hurry (same day) the girls there repaired it as good as new and was able to make it to the wedding on time, thx girls for a job well done, nice customer service pleasant and professional, would recommend this shop to anyone, top quality, thx again girls.
