Beautiful, free, lovely Chinese garden with a pond, traditional Chinese architectures and several lovely trees in bloom when we visited.
It had a temple as part of the complex next door which was also lovely.
Must visit this garden in Bendigo, a traditional Chinese style garden. Very beautiful and you will feel yourself In China. Entry is free but the tickets enter the dragon museum next to this garden.
I was surprised to find out that many Chinese had arrived to Bendigo in the 1800 for gold mining and it made up 20 percent of the Bendigo population - oh, how little did I know! This beautiful garden and its authentic architecture and construction was based on the Imperial Palace in Beijing. A must see if you’re traveling to Bendigo
