Couldn't have asked for better customer service from Vince. Talking to the team and getting insight into what phone I should get next was awesome. These guys are the reason I stay with optus

We had problems with my partner's phone, Optus fixed it and told us what the problem was.
Had problems with WI-FI Tower, seen we in a area where there is NO TV, we went and got a Goggle chrome for our TV to work, our internet was been chewed up really fast.
Optus has given us Unlimited data NOW I hope that it works.

Numerous terrible experiences with Optus over the past 9 months. Having to explain my situation over and over. Issue never rectified. Deleted my business mobile number without consent then told me I had to get a new SIM when I had already just purchased a new SIM. So ridiculous. Don't waste your time. They tell you to go on the messaging app but they make you explain yourself 10 times and still unable to help you. I've been 5 days without business phone working. Not good enough.

Terrible customer service. Entered the store 14/10/2021 around 2pm & there were only 2 customers in at the time, but staff didn’t even acknowledge us. It’s fine to have to wait for 5-10 mins but when a customer is standing right infront of you waiting to get the service atleast greet. Extremely disappointed since i walked in to buy the iphone 13 pro max. They just lost a $2,000+ customer.

Not very helpful. Went in because new phone couldn't connect to itunes. Apple customer service had tried to fix it & told me it needed replacing due to a defect with the port. Staff kept asking about old phone instead & didn't even download iTunes on their computer to see issue before telling me to drive to Melbourne & talk to an Apple store.

I had a lot of difficulty with my account when I signed up for a few months I was being overcharged and experienced a lot of difficulty receiving help with the issue. Then Lucy at the warrnambool store started to help me and resolved all of the issues (with some difficulty) and really helped me and got me credits for the money I had been overcharged! Very grateful for Lucy helping to resolve the situation and putting in the time to help me! Thanks so much Lucy!

Optus in Warrnambool know customer service, and are ready with solutions. Their follow-up with customers is exceptional and they truly value you as a customer. Fletch, Lucy and Ellie do an amazing job with my accounts.

Service can be bit hit and miss depending on who serves you and If enough staff are on. I find myself walking out often due to lack of available staff to help with quick questions or purchases. Not a huge fan of the selection of phones either.

I’ve had plenty of trouble getting my phone number ported to Optus popped into the retail outlet while I was in town visiting relatives and was served by Lucy might I say what a breath of fresh air polite helpful and contacted me when she had sorted the problem going above and beyond thanks Lucy for your hard work.

Witnessed the most appalling level of service by a staff member at this store towards another customer. The staff member's tone and language was clearly designed to humiliate and belittle. Regardless of how problematic a customer may be, this approach is inappropriate, offensive and only serves to reflect poorly on a local business. When I called her on the behaviour, she lamented loudly about her previous difficulties with this customer, apparently as some kind of justification for her behaviour. Poor behaviour does not beget poor behaviour. Inexcusable.

Was having issues setting up a new SIM for a new contract. They helped out easily, and helped with a couple other things I had in mind while I was in there as well. Friendly, straightforward service. Very happy with the team here.
