Sorry, google keeps asking me to rate, and I didn't really have a customer experience here as i was a passive bystander playing on my phone.

Disappointed with the customer service. Bought some accessories with my phone purchase, the car charger mount that was $70 does not work well at all. My $2000 phone spends more time falling off into the car while driving than it doe’s connected to the charger. Bought it back for a refund and was denied a refund. Now I have a $70 car charging mount that’s practically a paper weight. The customer service at this store is disgusting and I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Went on a plan with 2 phones and 2 data sims.
Let's just say if you go into this store there will be new staff. (Your welcome).
But.
That never fixes things for long!
For 2-3/4 years they were rude, hung up phones and refused service. Giving me the opportunity of basicly free plans that were all completely usless.
Apparently they are slowly doing the same thing again.
My partner still has phone with them and after 3 years they still ask if she wants a new phone and can't remember her.
Worst store this side of gippsland and they know it.
DONT GO THERE. SUPPORT ANOTHER LOCAL!

Went in with a prob and in 2 minutes all my probs were fixed and serviced by the manager himself after id verification

Staff were friendly and Knowledgable, just they nor the call centre could fix my problem - the staff did try, and I appreciated their efforts - just a pity I cant rate Optus call centre on here. Useless!

Best place to go for new phone any issues or questions
