Yes Optus Swan Hill reviews
3Would not recommend very poor service no customer contact no follow ups or updates on purchases. Have waited close to 2 months for a new phone still have not received it. Just keep getting told next week
Due to the admin, quitting the day prior, the shop was closed on Monday morning, had to go to Harvey Norman for Optus guy there, for a prepaid wifi device, put me onto an old plan of $50 for 75g, then put in wrong ph number so I couldn't access my account, only used the first month, then tried to dssconnect, was billed extra $50 for data I didn't use and can't cause I disconnected, has taken 5trips to stores and 5calls for a service I really didn't want, I wanted a prepaid, now I've paid for service I didn't even use and two apps uploaded to my phone and a useless prepaid device, not to mention that only being a customer for 1month my details where stolen by Optus hacker, worst service ever
Due to a clerical error we weren't billed for several months. The rep we spoke to said it was optus's mistake and we didn't have to pay for it. It seems we were misled. Also, we haven't been recompensed the money that optus already owes, which would have dramatically reduced the bill had it been applied to it, taking a lot of sting out of the insult.
I wonder how much telstra charges for the same services? Surely they can't be worse!
