Some of the worst experience I’ve received. Would not recommend. I’ll be changing providers

Much overdue review – the team in here are amazing! I had accidentally ordered something incorrectly so I went into store to have it resolved. Everyone was kind, persistent, and patient – and they resolved my issue despite it being a little tricky to fix. Very grateful for the team in here!

Friendly little shop - seem to bend over backwards to be of service. Ann spent hours sorting out a transfer from another Telco on the eve of an overseas trip. Kept on it until she got the result and it was a mess TBH. Polite and friendly.

The owner of this shop is coming from vietnamese backgroud, the husband and wife is atually a student they meet and thay fall in love. And they see vietnamese people need a shop that sell iphone to uneducated people so they together build a small shop just sell little phone like motorolla, nokia, samsung, ect.and so words spread out within the vietnamese cummunity and people started to come and buy phone there with a very reasonable price so thry can have a phone to communicate.that's was 30 years ago.now with technology improving everyday they learn the technic of computing and they expannd their shop with a bigger version selling all sort of iphone samsung, apple, anything you name it ipad, tablets, you just come in there and say I eant a new phone straight away you will get help professionally and the latest phone in the market today with a fraction of a price.that the beauty of it. With 30 years experience the couple they just tell their workers to help the customers and of course they not leaving the store empty handed. I gaurdrantee you once you enter you have a phone on your mind they got it

This Optus store in particular has outstanding customer service. Staff member Daniel was incredibly helpful and provided me the information i needed in a very clear manner and was able to help me change to a different and more suitable plan with ease which ended up saving me money. He was very patient, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I had some other questions the following day so i decided to give them a call. Their phone support matches their instore support. I spoke with Ann/Anne and she was also very helpful, provided clear information and answered all of my questions. Outstanding customer service and they should be proud of themselves for this and hope Optus recognises what an asset that store and the staff in particular are to their company.

Excellent service, they are “Leon and Bill” helps me setup my new iPhone and restore all my very important information.

Leon is the best guy with great knowledge.

He sorted out wisely from the issue that I was extremely stressed out with eSIM activation for multiple days which I couldn't even sorted out thru Optus 24/7 chat, Phone, other stores in the city and finally met this amazing guy here today!

All sorted and this lifesaver saved me from crazy stress.

Definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for Optus agent with great knowledge

Nothing but wonderful customer service from Leon and the team! They helped me with a new iPad, and moved me across from Telstra saving me lots on my monthly bill. Highly recommend this store.

I came here last year to setup my home NBN, and last week I was back to get a new mobile plan. These guys are fantastic honest professionals hence why I keep coming back. There’s only 2-3 people that work here so if you’re unlucky there may be a little wait, but I think it’s worth it. After getting my new iPhone 13 Pro, they threw in some extra accessories for free (car phone accessories, phone case, screen cover, etc) and I know that most Optus stores won’t do it cause my brother got his at another store and they didn’t do it for him.

Theyoung couples started with a small shop share with another business.then the evolution of I phones hits they upgrade the store more modest and the yellow customers light looks very inviting and the services is superp no doubt about that.step inside and find out one day yeah!?

I was avoiding coming into the store after long wait times and an unsuccessful trip to an Optus store in the Melbourne CBD.
When I called to see if I could come in they were very friendly on the phone. When I arrived later that day I was approached as soon as I stepped into the store and they were upfront about wait times (10-15mins) - they asked if I wanted to come back then. I popped next door for some food; much better than waiting around for someone to be free. When I came back Brian was the team member that helped me. He explained all the answers to my questions about my phone, data, repairs, other phone types, payment options, plans, cases, etc. He assisted me in choosing the best option for my situation. Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable. Ann helped me with the perfect case for my phone. Brian installed my case, put on my screen protector on for me, and gave me some recommendations for things in the area. Leon helped me with a magnet for my hands free in my car. 10/10 recommend this crew - best experience with a phone crew in over 10years.

I was served by Brian, who was wonderful! I had problems with NBN because of renovators breaking the lines. Brian helped me getting wireless broadband set up. He politely and cheerfully answered all of my (sometimes foolish) questions and made sure I was good to go!

I dreaded converting my phone! Contracts and options seem endless and daunting. Ann Nguyen attended to me and she made this process seamless and easy. She genuinely showed interest and care which is rare in Customer Service this day. Very happy with the service I received. Thank you Ann!

Brilliant service on the phone and in store. Very knowledgeable about products and even applied our screen protector for us complimentary.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Leon, he was so helpful and he set up my new phone for me, plus I went back a few days later to sort something else out and he was able to fix my problem on my sisters phone for me. Highly recommend Leon and this store!

This is an awesome little store. Great staff, excellent service and product knowledge. I really can't recommend them enough. I've been in there twice now and both times been super impressed. For as long as I am an Optus customer, I'll be sending all my business their way.

Regular store but information that was provided was not very clear.

The information was basically you know, kind of like not really getting there, but almost to the point of being quite the answer that you required anyway to proceed with what is possibly the task to achieve the outcome that should facilitate the requirement that you could probably.maybe get what you need.

Yeah, that sums it up.kinda. But they helped, so yeah.

Went to view new iPhone.all of the display phones are not what they say they are. All are either old models or wrong phone entirely. Massive waste of my time

Always incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. You feel welcomed in the store and the staff acknowledge you and are willing to help, without being pushy. Location can be a bit sketchy though
