Only one staff member working.not really interested in helping me.even took a personal call whilst serving me.told me to ring customer service if matter had been resolved instead of checking on screen.shouldnr have to keep ringing customer service.

If I could give it no stars I would!
Absolutely predatory behavior from the staff member.
I went in to quickly change my account to a different plan and settle any existing balance from the old plan. Easy right. Apparently not.

Staff member is a predator, actively lied to me, misrepresented the truth, told me I couldn't change to the plan I wanted and had to go to the one he suggested (not true, and also worse for me)
I was fully aware of what I was trying to do and what I can / can't do with my account so his attempt to manipulate me went nowhere.

I've never been more disgusted and I would basically call what happened legal scamming.
My concern is for anyone who is not savvy that walks into that store for advice or information will absolutely be taken advantage of if given the chance, their priority is obviously selling you whatever is best for them and their commission and NOT what is best for the customer.

Never use this Optus location, the franchisee should be ashamed, but my guess is everyone is complicit.

Waited for half an hour today just to transfer my esim to new phone. The guy attended me and just in 2 mins he said, this needs wifi to do and they can't do because he cannot do with store wifi. Ridiculous service, never going back.

Kelvin was amazing brilliant service so helpful did not try to sell me anymore than what I needed listened and was so helpful with complete switch of plan and set up of new phone-couldn't be happier best phone salesman I have ever had

Thank you so much Fatimah. I cannot recommend enough how she worked amazingly for us. She was a legend. She did everything and figured out our problem after the worst experience which is Optus Brunswick. This 5 star is not for Optus, it is definitely for her. Many thanks again Fatimah.

Always multiple optus staff to help. Are patient and will help you as long as it takes until the problem is resolved. Highly recommend

Although my issue (internet/NBN connection) has not solved yet, their staff try the best to solve the problem for me. I also get a good deal with my sim card plan. Highly recommend.

PLEASE NOTE - ONE STAR RATING FOR OPTUS MOONEE PONDS IS ONE STAR TOO GENEROUS Worst Customer service i have experienced in my 59 years - did all they could to stop me moving my number to another Carrier (unsuccessfully) and unlock my phone (they succeed - so far). BEST PART - After trying to reason with them and giving the cold shoulder the attendant asked me " Is there anything else I can help you with? Appalling and Disgraceful. I could go on, and on and on.

They misrepresented the product they sold me (4g internet). Additionally, the salesmen failed to mention hidden costs.

I tried to make an appointment over the phone to drop my phone for fix, and I had my claim number and everything ready, all it needs to do was fix me up with an appointment, but no.the "Friendly" staff over the phone insisted on passing me back to their insurance team and I ended up with on a phone call with a confusing optus insurance team member telling me that their part of the job is done and all I needed was drop the phone.
So you can see how horrible the customer service is when you just on non stop phone calls (so far, im on my 4th calls while typing and still my problem is unsolved. Not sure how many more phone calls I need to make after this. I cant even get myself a simple appointment to drop off my damaged phone)
P. S. I had started contacting them 3 days ago. The first insurance team gave me a claim number and I was informed that because I am in the stage 4 lockdown area, someone will contact me to arrange how to drop off my phone, then I waited for 3 days and NO ONE bother to contact me.
So GREAT JOB Optus on letting a 5 years royal customer down!

If you people don't want to work in customer service, then dont.

Spoke with scot. He was EXTREMELY rude, not helpful at all, extremely lazy. Went in a month earlier to sort out my plan that had been in processing for over a month. He cancelled my plan and restarted the process, made me sign a bunch of paperwork etc.then today he denied ever seeing me and basically called me a liar saying that he had no notes in his system saying I had been into the store. Was extremely rude, and extremely unprofessional and refused to cancel my Pending application even though I asked him to. Combination of rude, lazy, and just not knowing what they’re doing. HORRIBLE SERVICE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Disgraceful service yesterday. All I wanted was to see if I was available for an upgrade.

I was lined up for 45 mins (6 others also waiting) with not another person served in that time. Left in frustatration. Very very disappointing in such hard time in our community.

The lady there was very unhelpful and I’ll be joining Telstra soon as my contract is up.

I was really happy with the service, I changed over to optus from telstra and I was in and out of the store in 15mins. I forgot the gentleman's name but he really knew his stuff and was very friendly.

Optus Moonee Ponds has great staff and a cool interior. The staff members are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Good deals and awesome bundles. Very comfy couch in the back left corner of the store. My favourite employee by far is Jonah, he is very smart and very good looking.

Worst Customer Service Experience! I went there Wednesday 30/10/19 afternoon to inquire and the lady who assisted me is so unsure of all
the informations she is providing, because as soon as i arrived she never acknowledged or greet or ask what’s my concern i have to approach her and get her attention, the other staff (two guys) are just sitting there & no one is assisting. Poor Customer Service! I will never recommend this moone ponds branch just go to the optus in the city Staff are more friendly & approachable & knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff willing to help with all my inquiries regarding migration from another provider to Optus.

Excellent location in the heart of Moonee Ponds Central, and conveniently open on a Sunday to allow flexible times to visit.

Good plans on offer and quite a few comlanmhebtary add-ons including iTunes and sports.

Didn’t seem like there were enough staff to Cate for amount of customers on the 2 occasions I went there. Staff seemed rushed and did not have accurate information relating to what is advertised for Optus.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Telco. Arrogant, dismissive staff that are completely unhelpful. Appalling.
