Just got my beautiful mobile number! Huge thank you to Cally and her colleagues, as well as the customer over there waiting patiently. We first look for the beautiful numbers in the free number pool, and after 30 mins of endless refreshing, we then proceeded to the paid one, thanks again to try to save your customer’s money?

Hammad and John were the most amazing retailers I have ever met! After continuous issues and bad experiences at other stores. Hammad and John made me feel welcome and like I was in capable hands. It is rare that you find people like these two gentlemen that genuinely care about their jobs let alone the customers with issues that they serve. Making me feel like I was part of the Family atmosphere they have in the store, making jokes and showing a deep interest in me. They recognised some aspects in my life that could have been better addressed and they provided me with that advice. These two men, Hammad and John are genuine assets to Optus as I have never met anyone like them. If I had seen these two at the beginning, I would never have left Optus nor lost faith in the service. Hammad and John are the only reasons I returned to Optus as they restored my hope and faith in Optus. They showed me the value behind Optus and how even though at a higher than normal price point, it was well worth it with all the content and support Optus has to offer. They were super approachable and helpful, even when I was hesitant to walk into store, they walked out and asked if I needed help. This was the best experience I have ever had with any retailer. Hands down amazing service.

I was served by John & Darnley who went out of their way to help me get a good deal with the latest iPhone. They were extremely helpful, informative and kind, I would highly recommend this store:)

Everyone at the store is super friendly and helpful. Sunny was able to help me set up a new phone plan with zero issues and a fantastic attitude! I also was eligible for a student discount that I did not know about so I would recommend all Monash students to drop by here for their phone needs. Thanks again Monash Optus Team!:)

Staff is the worst possible. They lied to me and my sister, promising extras for free but actually charged me for it. Also changed my sis plan without her permission, and now she can’t return it to what it should be. Don’t go this store, really disrespectful!

The stuff didn't explain why I need to pay extra fee for first three months. I was regret that I should apply THE SAME PLAN in other Optus store.

I had a peculiar problem with installing my brand new optus ADSL for about 2 weeks. I popped in to this store unexpectedly because I meant to come for some free stuff on the orientation week. Who knows I will get lucky to get my problem sorted out. Staf after staf I finally got referred to Alex the store manager. I explained my situation from A to Z and Instead if saying no, he was looking after my cancellation adsl packet, help me out to waive the fee, switch and get me set up and ready with the new a lot better service, and plus I get a free sim card with 20 GB in it! Wohooooo

He js such a life saver! And throughout the process for about an hour, he kept smiling and look professional! Big big thumbs up!

I went there last week for setting up the internet connection, they recommended the vividwireless as ‘there is no other providers in this area’ and she has ‘checked on the computer’. While it’s not true as Telstra has ADSL2 in my area, and when my boyfriend asked me to check with other providers, the salesman emphasised again that ‘there is no other providers’. She said ‘the speed is around 12mb/s, depends on your area’, the fact is that the speed is only 200kb to 300 kb, and the connection is fairly unstable. This kind of unprofessional, unfaithful and unethical service makes me truly frustrated.
