Don't do it. They don't know what they are selling, they don't call you back. In short they just don't. Call Optus customer service they do a better job. 1 star is tooo much!

Jono, Alana and EVERY single staff member at this Optus makes things happen and knows how to help you. I've been in and out with Optus over the years and in working with vulnerable people the team at Karingal have always been more than helpful. That is an understatement infact. Highly recommend.

Big W is a great shop lots of variety. Karingal Hub itself is greatly improved with a nice lot of coffee and food places, really a nice place to shop now very spacious centre

APPALLING. I have called number of times and been on hold to speak to someone to order a new SIM card as the one we have is faulty and I cannot go and pick one up! They either hang up as soon as you connect or you get to speak to someone for 1 minute then they disconnect again. For a phone company, why would you use their service if you can't even speak to them! Waiting for a call back which I doubt will happen as they obviously don't have the technology to make that work. NOT HAPPY JAN!

When I walk into the Optus store at bayside. We are just ignored. Either not enough staff or you’re just a number. Will be swapping to Telstra. At least you’re acknowledged. Shame on staff in the store. Never going back.

No empathy for people who suffer from mental illness visited 25/27th told staff had a mental illness, vary rude, over stores have better customer skills.

I recently dealt with Jono over the phone when enquiring about having NBN installed at home, he was friendly, polite and most of all spoke in terms i could understand, he provided a stress free service and organized the modem delivery within 2 days! If you're heading instore or over the phone, ask for Jono, A+

Rating a Telco 5 stars? Not normally my thing, but the customer service offered by Zac at the Karingal Store is brilliant. I've purchased a couple of phones from him now, and his no nonsense approach is very refreshing. He's great at explaining the features, is quite personable and he negotiates without the cringey salesman type approach which is always a bonus in my book. I'll certainly be back again for sure when it's time to upgrade.

Terrible customer service
Only has one verification method to order a new SIM card which is photo ID yet you can order one over the phone and sign contracts over the phonebut can not get a SIM card in store. Terrible service!
