Yes Optus Horsham

We went to this Optus store to sign up for a new phone plan and in the process the staff accidentally froze my number.
Fast forward nearly two weeks later and exploring every possible solution I’m still in the same position.

Staff tried to laugh it off like it was a minor hiccup but I don’t see it that way.

Please head this warning I wouldn’t want someone else to go through this.

Go with Telstra is the safe bet.

Lovely clean store and the staff go beyond and above to assist you and always good deals on phone plans to suit the customer very happy customer

Needed help told because I hadn't bought phone there I'd have to pay. So much for YES

I was helping my dad set up a tablet and the service person did a great job helping my dad.

Always friendly, helpfull. Went in to ask 1 question they told me phones out of contract n how much i could save on that contract since it ended.

Took an hour to get through to them on the phone this morning because they didn't bother turning off their recorded message saying they were closed. When I did get through, they informed me that I couldn't get a working demonstration on a phone to see personally the screen quality, even if I came into the store. It saved me from spending money there! The Optus "yes" is a joke.

I am Perth and we are traveling up north soon, went to local store to enquire about a Satsleeve information I received wasn't that great. On a resent business trip to Victoria I called in to the Horsham store, the information and product knowledge was impeccable. Needless to say I purchased an thuraya Satsleeve from these guys, funny when you have to travel interstate to get the stuff. Definitely For these people. Thanks Michael
