Don’t trust them they we’ll add un-wanted accessories to your contacted and we’ll tell you they are included.
Why do they make you stand there for 15 minutes first when there’s 4 or 5 people standing in there with maybe 1 customer and they tell you over and over they’ll be there in a second rather than helping
U have to wait to long to be helped most of the time & if U call staff & manager don't want to help. So much for customer service but that's retail most of the time now.
Only 2 Email re Optus Breach then after I left to go to another Mobile Provider 2 suck up Emails offering a new more expensive Plan.
They can go & jump of a cliff after fighting for 5 weeks to leave their non existent Service
Went I n took over 1hr each way bus get to optus took my Gmail phno said send text new password then open new acc. They pushed me out u can go I went felt abused attitude. To me rude I went home didn't even txt or call like he said
Optus say one thing then u get 20 calls asking me to go over my whole history. Gmail notify me Gmail acc attempt new acc in Ur name was this u No. Drv lic now getting over e r 4 hyw toll pay b4 I get fine warrant. It's note I don't drive no car

The man that served us (Phil) was amazing. He was so helpful with all our needs and was kind and funny. We were in there for about 2 hours and we really appreciate the high level of service.
They are not very helpful and a little too inpatient for customer service. I went to Optus bayside shopping centre, Frankston. I had a much better experience there.
Tim manager, and staff Sam, Tom very professional and sorted out contract problem. Tim has great sense of humour and listens to your needs and works out solution to the issues.

Called up for an appointment and then got told don't need one just see someone then got there and got seen and then got told to come back in 1 and a half hours with an appointment only to be told that when time came they can't help us till next day so we waited in the shopping center for 2 hours for no reason and no result.was going to pay 1500 cash for a new phone but now they can get stuffed do not go there the lady there has no clue what's going on there and just lost business from us
Rude staff that make you wait around for ages before they see you. Then they go about the hard sell, all I wanted was to get a prepaid sim and the guy wouldn’t let me and insisted that I get a plan (because they’re probably trying to meet a certain sales quota) when I refused, he told me that they didn’t have any SIM cards in stock. Lies. Went to coles instead. Never experienced such rude customer service. Do not recommend.
Great! Was politely greeted by sales consultant Luke straight away. He was very thorough and made sure me and my partner understood the different options/phones to make sure we had the best one to suit our circumstances. Thank you Luke for making this process so easy and quick!
Some of the team at Optus store are very helpful and usually good customer service and friendly. But also online live chat through Optus app are very helpful and understanding. Just in certain areas can’t get Optus like a complete blackspot. But apart from that great service
WARNING about Optus store Frankston - Please avoid if you don’t want you or your family to be paying extra due to blatant lies. Sadly I was completely scammed and lied to by the staff here at Optus Frankston. I signed up for a mobile and sim plan with a new iphone and was told there was a promo that day that meant I would get a free bluetooth speaker and phone accessories (including phone cover/car charger of a brand i’ve never heard of - assuming all of which are an optus generic brand) - I was told these would add up to RRP$450 worth and would be added to the bill but then subtracted as it was a free promo. I had a witness with me and we both asked to confirm that these accessories were free which the salesman confirmed (otherwise I would have never accepted them as they are definitely not worth $450 in my eyes).
Unfortunately however I have been coerced into paying increments of that $450 every month for the length of my contract, and after speaking to the manager at length over the phone and in store, where he also spoke to the area manager - they stated they could not provide any refund or even stop taking the extra payments out of my account as I had opened the items and I no longer had the boxes.
As a young professional who is careful and wary when dealing with contracts and scams I am very concerned for those who are more vulnerable such as the elderly or those who cannot afford paying for $450 of things they didn’t want being taken advantage of by this store.
Sadly Optus has lost a loyal customer of many years as well as my family and friends who after hearing about this have also chosen to avoid Optus in the future. Very disappointing and surprising.

Very happy. Staff at Frankston Optus helped me tailor a solution to my needs. Even said I had a promotion for a cellular Apple Watch for $20 per month. Again, very happy, highly recommend this store as I was a Vodafone customer and never had this service with them

Consideration needs to be given to Seniors even though this one is "Tech Savvy"
