Two ladies work there. I was a bit confused with internet plan cos the moderm has increased charge.

I’m giving one star just because that’s minimum to input my comments. If there is a negative star rating I’ll for sure go with that. THE WORST customer service experience I have experienced in Australia.
I went in, to change my postpaid plan to prepaid plan. The staff named Mr. LONG showcased all the other offers I could take from Optus so that I can get more service and pay more. He never tried to help with my query.
At last when I convinced him that I don’t need any extra service and all that I need is to change my postpaid to prepaid, he gave me a customer service phone number and asked me to deal with them.
I called the customer service from the store and they told Mr. LONG that he can do that change by himself from in store and they were guiding him to do that as well. But he resisted to do that as well. I was looking at the computer screen. That he was operating. He was refreshing Desktop page when the customer service was guiding him to help me. Either he don’t know how to do his job or he s not willing to do it for some reason.
At last I walked out of the OPTUS SHOP FOOTSCRAY after they kept me and my wife waiting there for more than hour and a half in this pandemic situation.
Very rude and irresponsible staff.
I’m never going to take OPTUS service just because of this.

I have never encountered a customer service like this when I walk in a shop. The staffs basicly did not look at you and you feel yourself invisible. Standing at the queue
That was a terrible service, all staff are not honest. Especially manager Trang, give out wrong information, have a bad attitude to customer, I thought they need to come back to school to study how to service customers. I will never come back again: (
Staff are dishonest. They lie to customers who cannot speak and read or sign write English. They sign them up to rental plans when they want to buy a phone, knowing they cannot understand the contract. They then refuse to serve them when they come to complain. My friend who was dudded by these thieves went there every day for a week and they would not serve her.
Do not under any circumstances buy anything here.
The most frustrating store to deal with. The staff are incompetent, rude, unprofessional. The excuses I hear i the computer doesn’t have access, I don’t know what’s going on etc I really hope optus give them training or shut them down
They should back to school to learn how to do customers service. That is not professional service
Terrible service. Staff were clueless and could barely speak English. I wanted help with a bill and they just cotuld grasp the concept of an internet connection without a phone number.
Wanted to send my phone in under warranty (bought from Virgin Mobile before it closed). All communications were, for any issues, to go to any optus store.
Unfortunately, these lot are either: lazy, did not read communiques, and told me they don't do anything about virgin mobile, they're just an optus store.
I'd probably avoid this optus store and go elsewhere.
