To opts company I cant understand if we on prepaid sim only plan why put the rate up every 6 months or year without any warning not making enough money and call you to get new phone greedy

Didntt have to wait in line, I was first up, service was OK, I needed more help but she tried to quickly finish me. So alright service.

Very poor not helpful looks like they only want to sell phones but if you need help after you buy one don't want to help.

I have experienced good customer service here. There is one girl she treated me as younger brother. Even I was making fun.

Incompetent. Time wasting. Went there after purchasing an apple watch from the optus dandenong plaza. Went there and had my wife and my mobile number ported over. We spent an hour there and they confirmed that the process has been sucessfully completed and they said it would be ported over between 15mins to 4hours, 2 days later we called optus and queried this and they said they have none of our details on record. If you want to call optus dandenong you can expect to gamble on whether or not they will answer as we never had any one answer our calls. Incompetent is the best word to describe this shop.

Update went there in person a couple of days later: On the positive side the staff member that helped us were very nice. On the negative side we spent literally 5-7hours there as we had to use the data on our phones to update the settings on the Apple Watch as they didn’t have wifi and the shopping centre wifi was extremely slow so we wandered around the shopping centre while we left our watches there for it to update we literally stayed there until the store closed we also noticed another customer who arrived there at the same time as us and also left the store at the same time as us. It shows there is something seriously wrong with their working methods.

Habib the guy that helped me out was awesome giuded me through everything helped out with everything I needed and also made sure I was happy for what I was signing I highly recommend that you ask for this guy cause he will bend over back ways to help you out in my personal opinion his legit and professional optus promote this man Habib keep up the great work you do bro

I would never recommend to go this place, staff need more training how to speak with customers.

Absolutely amazing staff! Bend over backwards to help. If Optus phone support was anywhere near as good as these lot I'd switch my whole company away from Telstra. Keep up the great work girls.

Staff are always willing to help you to make sure that you get the best possible outcome for the best price

The customer service is worse ever never go to this shop not helpful staff and manager is not polite personality quiet aggressive personality and unqualified to support the customers

I bought an Optus phone maybe three months ago it's playing up today was the second day I've gone in with my phone and receipt they want to send the phone off for a week to Optus to see what they can do
I can really go without a phone for a week atm

Simply unacceptable service, I had a rude manager Kumar pressuring another staff member to upsell me more stuff right in front of me, I just came in to get a replacement sim this is honestly disgraceful

Absolutely atrocious customer service, no help whatsoever even after months upon months of putting in claims and sending through messages.
The most vile service provider in Australia.
I cannot express how disgusted and hopeless I feel by their service. After leaving me hanging for months they blame the customer (me) for their own mistakes. I am never again using Optus and I’ll be sure to spread word of how unprofessional this company is.

Still waiting for technician to come to our homr3 to 4 weeks ago. Been without landline and then suddenly computer and landline came good for a couple of days and then on again off again no technician as yet
Don't know whether we r on NBN how can we find out
