Very poorly organised shop. I had a job interview here 15 years ago, the manager who interviewed me was highly unprofessional, she was 10 minutes late to the interview and then took a 15 minute phone call during the interview. 15 years later I still haven't gotten a call back to tell me if I got the job or not.

Today I came at 8pm and when I talked to them it sounded like they Didn’t want to sell anything to me or something idk?

Had a very good experience with a young man named Ethan in the Cranbourne optus store today. After having a negative experience earlier in the day at a different optus store, Ethan was a breath of fresh air. Not only was he able to offer us a replacement Sim card for my phone quickly and easily, he also managed to resolve the other technical difficulties we had been experiencing through a series of trouble shooting ideas. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days and we thank Ethan for going above and beyond!

Think twice about switching to Optus! I went in to cancel my account June 2020 and a year later I got a bill because my account wasn’t cancelled properly by the staff… after numerous calls made by me and no return calls I now owe hundreds of dollars for a plan I already paid out over a year ago! The company has done nothing to rectify this and I am extremely disappointed… there was one man in store who tried to help me because he noticed on the computer the account was not cancelled correctly but I am still stuck with the bill when it is the store at fault.

Service was poor and wasn't open to help me at all.
My bills keep climbing and he couldn't answer me on y.

Have just changed over from Telstra to Optus, but so far so good. Well priced phone plans, love them

Do youse ever answer your phone? Or do I have to come in every time when I was told I’d get a call back. Not happy, there was technical issues with my number so I was told I’d get a call back about my order. I never even received a tracking number either, I have no idea where my purchase is.

They were good when we bought the plan and When we back there with a issue not helpful at all. Hussy was the guy ignored us very badly. Worst customer service ever from him. Gave us false information and did not bother to come and talk to us resolve our issue. Sid was nice and promised to help and unfortunately he wasn’t there the day we went. Never recommend Hussy. Bad customer service officer.

Crimeborn does not look after customers.
Tried to put charges on top of chargers for 2 basic phones.
Did not want to conect the VDSL as Crimeborn does not have NBN yet.
Had to go to F. G.to connect phones and internet. Still very slow internet.
