They didn't help me even I couldn't ask them any question.
No matter what time you call the store, they don’t pick up the phone so what’s the point of having a phone there

Not a very pleasant experience. Some of the staff is very quick to say no for any promotional offers.
Don't be in a hurry when you go there.
Cleanliness is not on the priority list for the shop inside.
Get your staff trained in the system that they use? Instead of just knowing how to turn the PC.pathetic customer service know body apart from one person in the store is able to process a simple warrant.not to mention it took her 1.5 hours to actually get involved in the issue.absolutely trash

Been there this morning with a simple request. They claim they cannot do it. Stuff were rude and unprofessional to me and gave me bad attitude. So think again before entering this shop most likely they cannot help you!

Absolutely horrible service. Came here to purchase the latest iPhone but the colour and GB size I wanted wasn't in stock so I opted for their suggestion which was delivery that THEY said would be 1-3 days or 5 business days maximum. It's been nearly two weeks and all they have to say is sorry just wait longer. The audacity. The sales representative just wanted to add a sale onto his list asap without regard for customer satisfaction. Big middle finger to this place.
Called the store to upgrade my plan and to add another service onto my business account. Spoke with Tiba (apologies if the spelling isnt correct) and she was extremely helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable and gave me the best deal compared to other providers. From call to picking my phones up less than an hour. Highly recommend.
Worst customer service you can see. Rupi Changed my sim card without even my consent. She was very rude and start argument with me instead help me.she wanted me to go samsung for help rather than come there. She says its samsung problem after handset sold not optus issue. Went there couple times for same issue but she was just rude everyone.
I am not one to write bad reviews but seriously. Customer service today was terrible. One of the lady Hannah was nice but the other lady i had to deal with was not even looking at me when talking and just bad energy. I came in cause my phone was frozen. Instead of looking at my phone she suggested i book an appointment with apple. I called apple and they were helpful and told me that i could try resetting my phone. I did it and my phone is up and working again. All she had to do was show me.how to reset a phone. I was resetting it as the older version didn't realise with the iPhone 11 you had to click up volume button down and the lock button. Something so simple that she could of taken some time and actually cared. Funny thing is it was the same person that sold me the phone.
I went in on Monday to enquire about a new S20 phone plan and was served by Harpreet. She was really helpful and patient when answering my questions! Highly reccomend her! Kudos!
Avoid arrogant Indian girl. She is extremely rude. I fixed my own issue in the end with my knowledge. She knows nothing about IT which is typical being cheap Indian labour.
Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star due to the lack of professionalism shown by the customer representatives. Went to upgrade my plan and the documents required were unnecessary despite being with optus for 3 different mobiles for 10 years. Went across to Telstra and got my new plan hassle free. Rupi (Indian lady) was very rude and i do not recommend this shop to anyone.
Very rude treatment especially from the blonde lady, I don’t recommend dealing with them. Went there for help to stop my Vividwireless service and she was very rude with me.
I was really shocked by the customer service here. The lady I spoke with clearly had little knowledge of products and not interested to help at all. I wonder if they get paid to do the work or unpaid!
