Felix and the team at Optus Camberwell really helped me out. A colourful bunch of guys that can clearly see what needs to be done across the full spectrum.

Though Optus phone support is largely ineffective and a huge waste of time, I found the staff at this store to be very helpful, very direct, and very expedient. No time wasted. Highly recommend this store over any other Optus store in Melbourne.

I came in asking for assistance, after the request I asked for online was informed would need to be verified online. Chris the manager served us - proceeded to take my details and then told me ‘I can’t help you’ when I interrupted and told him there’s no need to continue the conversation he proceeded to get upset that I wasn’t listening. WHICH IS IT CHRIS, can you help or can’t you? What a waste of my time

Worst Optus service store ever. Would give 0.5/5 if I could. Threaten customers with police and extremely rude staff members and store manager. Please don't go here if you need any Optus related services from them, pick another store instead!

Nick served me this afternoon and fixed my issue in less than five minutes after many, many frustrating calls to the customer service phone team. Every time I have visited the Camberwell store the staff have been 100% helpful and always fix issue or any inquirie swiftly and efficiently. 100% definitely recommend visiting this store

Noticed the store closes as 5pm when I arrived at 4: 45pm.

Parampreet greeted me promptly and he was very patient with me, showing no signs of wanting to rush the job considering the store was closing shortly.

Parampreet provided a friendly and great customer experience while assisting me understand the broadband options available and signed me up with the assistance of another store member who seemed to have added knowledge.

I got an upgrade to my existing NBN at home and look forward to being assisted by the team on my next visit.

Great experience guys, keep it up!

Had to go in twice to have my account fixed. Eventually went to another Optus store and they discovered the Camberwell store had set my birth year to 1901 ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

Really good shopping experience. Felt I was listened to and my problems solved. Went back the other day and was again surprised at the service. Watched them solve a problem that on line couldn't solve.

Went to the store today with my 86 year old mother to get a new Samsung phone on a plan. Waited in the front of the shop for nearly 10 minutes and directed to the back of the shop to wait. There were 4 staff and two customers. The two without customers were uninterested in us. I approached one and asked to be served, and he served us. This was after 30 minutes in the store. After a pretty unimpressive chat he told us we were better off to go to JB hi hi down the road. We did and got generous service, and they got a sale. Great effort JB Hi Fi. Poor effort by Optus. Wouldn’t step foot in the shop again.

I want to start by saying i have never dealt with a telecommunications company that I've liked. Voda, telstra, optus - all the same - i dislike them all equally. I walked in to Optus Camberwell to port my number across from Telstra. I dealt with a young girl called Tayla. I must say her service and willingness to go above and beyond was something i've never experienced from a telco. She was never pushy, always helpful, and because of this approach i felt like the need to not only port my number across from Telstra but also re-contract my wife. 5 star experience from a very talented customer service agent.

I would have given a 5, had Tina not promised instant service, once swap over was done. The staff were helpful, specially Tina who signed us up. Shame she was not in today when my wife called, another male customer service rep 'answered our question, and said service for my wife's phone won't be ready until possibly the weekend. Tina was great and said to call the branch if we run into problems, we expected whoever answered the call would help us the way she did (she called tech support and ensured my number was activated). The guy who answered today said it's in the hands of the customer (did not even bother to call tech support, potentially because he was too busy or lazy to do it). There needs to be more people like Tina who will make the transition, easy and ensure that the promise is delivered.

Best customer service from Optus Camberwell today. Came down for two things that have taken ages at other optus stores and got it done in 10 minutes. He helped me with my cancellation request for an old business wifi modem and set me up with a new personal wifi dongle. Will come back when I need any help to this exact store for sure

This afternoon I walked into the Optus Camberwell store ready for a difficult discussion on a number of issues regarding my mobile phone and my account. After 20 years with Optus I was preparing myself for a parting of the ways. I was met by Jack who asked me to explain the issues. He resolved them all very satisfactorily and put me onto a much better footing cost wise without any hassles. Outstanding service!

Every experience I've had at Optus Camberwell has been a pleasure. (4 years or so now) The staff are consistently polite and positive.
