Came in to update my iPhone plan and was pleasantly surprised at how warm and friendly the staff were at this store! Left feeling like I was well looked after and was given the right plan for my lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Not the fault of the trainee staff, but if you cannot transfer a number onto a new account without a manager, or authorise an update to a plan/new phone, why are you open without one?

I wasted 3 trips trying to do all this, I'm now swapping providers after being with them for 16 years

Store manager didn't even check the requirements properly of the customer and switched the plan and numbers which is not suitable to me.

One of the most Pathetic customer service got from the store. Not sure if Optus has any set standards for the franchisee business they open. Trying to get an E-SIM activate on my new IPhone. Visited store for 5-6 times without success. Called on store multiple times no success. Every time I get a response, we will call you back. Have not got even a single call back from store. Store people is saying we have logged a technical support call. I can talk to technical team, you are not allowed. After so many days, when I requested an update on technical ticket. Got the reply that the ticket is closed because I didn’t followed up properly. Rather than giving me E-SIM, they gave me physical SIM.

Had enough with following the store manager Mr Gaurav and the team, finally thought of moving to Vodaphone. Guess what, I can’t even move out to Vodaphone. Not sure what mess these guys have created, that I can’t even opt out from Optus.

Any suggestions guys, as they can’t activate my E-SIM, I cant move to Vodaphone, what to do?

I went there with somebody as I were having troubles with their phone downloading a app they ask them if they can do it for them they half-heartedly helped the show they were not keen if you are not a smart person and know nothing about smartphones and ask them to set up your iPhone for you I would go somewhere else like another Optus store if you were Optus customer you might get better service

We have been renewing our personal and business contracts with Optus Altona Gate for many years now. The team are prompt to solve and issues and responsive to plan renewals / phone upgrades. Fantastic customer service, highly recommended.

Worst Optus store I ever came across! All the staff just a pain for the sake of being a pain not helpful at all, no customer oriented AT ALL! One genuine advice if you need Optus avoid this store AT ALL COST! I came here couple times but time to time they always managed to disappoint me!
Do yourself a favour Go to others Optus that giving more customer service you needed!

I only give one star cause otherwise doesn’t let me post a review, they deserve no star!

Hannah needs a promotion! She approached my husband and I with great customer service when we popped in to check out current phone deals. She was very helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understanding of our situation.

I would recommend everyone to ask for Hannah when you go to Optus in Altona Gate!

If I could give minus 5 stars, I would! Gaurav signed us up to a contract we did not ask for, and we were unaware of this as we trusted he had done everything correctly and were never given a copy of the contract on the day. We were told it would be available online once we registered for MyOptus and once we did, still was not available. We weren’t aware of the incorrect plan until we received the first bill. Called the store and spoke to Lola who was so rude and unhelpful, always talking over me and giving me attitude. I spoke with the manager, Mamta, who I advised needs to re-train her staff on the basics of customer service, and she also said she would look into the issue regarding our contract and get back to me. I did not receive a response. DO NOT deal with this branch under any circumstances! Optus customer service line was a lot more helpful and they fixed the contract error for me. Save yourself the headache and avoid any dealings with this store!

A less than satisfactory experience. One service person, and she wasn't that easy to spot with her head buried in her computer, and three people waiting. She said come back in 15. I didn't bother

Worst worst worst store and management i have ever seen in my life. If i could give this store no stars i will. I was a customer of optus for 12 years but no chance i want nothing to do with optus ever again.

Hannah was very professional with her work. I was with other office for 4 hours yesterday and nothing sort out. Now Hannah help me with my new number in less then half an hour. Awesome work girl. Would like to work with her in the future. Thanks you

As an Optus customer I called them and ask about something they just said that I need to be there for any questions. I arrived around 5pm. They told me that I can't get anything from them as they don't have access to the system. When I was talking to one employee, manager interrupted our conversation few times. When I asked manager to explain she dismissed me as she was busy with someone else. They told me that I have to call Optus service but they didn't want to call them now as they are closing in 30 minutes.
Manager was very rude and was telling me that I need to calm down instead answering my question. Looks like they hate dealing with customers. Perhaps manager would be great fit in some correction institution.
I wasted 1 hour there that I'm not gonna get it back. Avoid this place like a plague

Went to change service provider only with my byo phone from one network to optus and was told should be up and running between 15 min and 4 hrs for new service. 24 hrs later and now chasing it up over the phone to get optus network working. Not very happy that it's taking me to chase them up to get my phone working.

Worst customer service, lied straight to my face about why i apparently owed $390 when it was a mistake of their own and that was confirmed by optus call centres.they yelled at me, rolled their eyes when i came in knowing what i was entitled to and whenever i would say something they would talk their own language and it was clearly about me.definitely will not being visiting this store again, will return to the point cook optus though who gave me all the knowledge i needed to sort out my issue.

The manager there was terrible. When I told him my Optus internet was only getting 1mbs and my friend just got mobile internet on the 500gb plan with 15% off, showed him details he said it didn't happen. He didn't even look at anything on his system. Worst customer service.
