21Slow service, zero explanation of what's actually going on, and had to ask at least three times before we got a clear explanation of what was going on with what we'd paid for.interesting to say the least.
Terrible service have no idea of the products they sell, and will argue that you are wrong when its clear as day. Staff are useless
Not verry helpful when your data has been stolen been trying to deal with it for 2 days spent hours on the phone they keep hanging up on me I live to rural to drive to Store verey unhappy with the service when I pay for one of there more expensive plans
Impossible to get past the answering services' options if you are not an optus customer and just want to talk someone!
Small store and not much a selection when it comes to phones but the staff there were really good. Going above and beyond with my questions being answered and really knowing their stuff.
Great service, very helpful young man. He explained information to me and was very patient with an older lady who doesn't understand modern technology. Thankyou.

Was great last weekened arranging my personal phone. Was told to arrange my corporate phone l would need to bring a bank statement for the company, l even bought our office Optus account which l did and yet it has become so difficult. My team arranged a new corporate phone in Adelaide last week in 20 minutes.
Staff were helpful and even put up with me changing my options and explaining everything multiple times so it was clear what was best outcome $$$wise for me.
No help, no assistance.
Will buy my phone from Coles or Safeway in future.

Honestly have never posted a bad review.this shop is so bad that its unbelievable.the manager is a child.no help and very rude.
This is the worst optus store i have visited. As my contract finised on 1st june went to pakenam store same day to change plan and keep my iphone.they said cant do plan change as it has be one more day as system is showing still in contract and said will do manually and once done will ring me on sunday. And regarding iphone they said will be everything online (i thought i will get email how much money i need to pay so i can keep my iphone). I waited until wednesday and rang optus customer care and asked what happend they said its pending and need to visit store an ask them about iphone so i rang store and asked what happend the guy who lifted the phone whats the issue and i expianed everythig (as i written above) he said " i cant do anything about plan as its with online and reagrding iphone have to come to store.my question is why they didnt tell on saturday how much i need iphone if i keep it and why no one rang me and told what happend? Means if i can do everyhting on phone or online why the hell the store close it down and optus can save lot of money.
The workers definitely know what there talking about, but the store is way too small, and I had a security guard intimidating me and watching me because obviously he thought I was gonna steal something, BUT THERE WERE NO PHONES ON THE DESK OR ANYTHING.
Hours of op incorrect says 4pm on a Sunday went ant 3: 40 doors locked and staff wouldn't let you in
To small and crowded. Couldnt look at phone covers due to staff continually asking me to move so they can get pown the tiny aisle. Left and went somewhere else.
A very satisfying experience, even though I had to wait my turn, but once served, I was very happy with the service I received
I went to Optus at your Pakenham Store and a lovely lady Stephanie Lindemann was the sales assistant. She deserves such praise for 100 percent customer service and was so helpful and explained things to me who is not that Phone savvy! Great customer service Stephanie Optus are lucky to have you as their valued employee!
I strongly commend the employees at the Optus store in the Pakenham Market Place, I couldn't have had a better experience. I was serve by Sarah who went above and beyond to help with the issue I had and ended up giving me the best possible outcome. Thanks guys
