I would like to congratulate the store and especially Satin for the excellent service provided on Monday at the Mall Emporium boot store in Melbourne. I spent more than two hours trying on different pairs of boots and she had infinite patience! Always with a smile and good attitude, giving me all the models that I wanted to try on. Lovely assistant helped my mum pick out some nice fluffy boots.

Much better quality than any of the other 'premium stores'.

Mum keeps raving about how warm they are and how she doesn't sweat in them.

Finally a pair of decent moccasins only time will tell if they fall apart but apart from that they are so soft and the sizing was finally right they are warm and if they last me the winter out i will buy again next winter some more and maybe even some long expensive ugg boots! Price is a bit high but then its worth the quality sick of fake lambswool items from other online stores that cost 65 or more!

I bought bali -leather lace up sheepskin boot in In the colour chestnut, For a while now I've been thinking of getting a pair of boots for winter and I came across these boots and their Stunning, I was walking around in them the other day and they were just like walking around in slippers that was amazing, I ordered them and they came super quickly and their true to size so they fit my feet just right. Uses wool and leather that was going to go to waste anyway I really like that about them as well. The boots came a little bit darker than the actual picture but i like that more than the lighter colour. The customer support team are very lovely and helpful I asked them what should I buy to make my boots waterproof and not get Stain from the rain the reply back super quickly and recommended A product on their website to keep the leather boots In good condition.

If you're wondering where to go to get a sense of the Yellow Earth range, go to this store! There is a huge variety of things to look at and compare and the staff are wonderful! After last winter I knew I was going to need something to make my floor warmer and I've purchased several of the sheepskin rugs for around the house. They have made a huge difference so far! Also, I've tried many different types of winter cycling gloves without any luck in preventing awful chilblains during winter.until I bought a pair of sheepskin gloves. If you struggle with cold extremities in winter, I cannot recommend Yellow Earth products enough. Thank you Satin and the extended Yellow Earth team!

It is refreshing to deal with such a professional company. They had excellent product knowledge and willing to help. My coloured shipskeen is gorgeous, fits lovely in my room, great quality, nice and thik, I really love it. If I can give them 10 stars I really would, on quality of the shipskin and excellent service. In order to preserve my shipskin I bought the shampoo as well. My products wete delivered the following day.

Absolutely love my Yellow Earth XXL Sheepskin Rug! It arrived extremely fast via courier. I've used it to dress up this bench seat for a bit of fun and comfort each time I put on my shoes! Speaking of shoes, I also own a pair of Yellow Earth Manly UGG boots which are still going strong after daily wear through two winters in lockdown! Thank you, Yellow Earth!

Low quality products and the number of products compared to the size of the store is really low.

The people at the store were very nice and helpful, but the quality of the shoes are horrible for the price. I honestly feel scammed and I won't be buying Ugg boots from here ever again. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Seriously, the lining of the boot feels so synthetic and fake, and look almost identical to the ones you can find at Target! And the Target ones are so much cheaper and feel the same. Also, just bought another pair from Spendless-Shoes and they're heaps better and are half the price.so seriously.what's going on here?

Customer service is fantastic and the shop is offering more then 50% discounted price on selected items. There’s a wide selection of jackets, ugh boots and other products that you can select for a good price. The kangaroo skin is much more cheaper than the souvenir shop in Docklands. Make sure you drop by here if you like wool material. This is a must in Emporium.

Beautifully merchandised store. Friendly staff. Lady knew ins and outs of what she was selling. You get what you pay for - sales sometimes but don’t come here if you don’t have a few hundred to splash about.
