I started using YBR Frankston about 6 years ago. During that time, I have taken out a mortgage, re-mortgage and a couple of investment loans.
I can honestly say it has been so good dealing with someone that is so honest in their approach. They told me up front what was possible and where I needed to be in order to achieve my investment goals.
Aside from the standard information that I needed to provide, I was able to give them my accountants details and they took care of the rest.

Phil and team at YBR Frankston have sorted out our finances on several occasions. We could not fault the service. If you are looking for a great broker you are with the right people.

I applied my first home loan via Phil. From the start he does not seem to have any knowledge of current government rules and which bank to go to for a first home buyer.
He wasted my precious time saying that he want to apply land and house loan in one go, otherwise I will incur a $10k stamp duty on my land. My builder told me that rules have changed and first home buyer does not have to pay stamp duty on his land if he gets the construction started within one year of the land loan approval. Phil, despite being financial person, did not know this.
Secondly, I was doing a contract job at the time of application, while he applied my land loan at NAB without knowing that NAB only approves loan for the people who are doing a permanent job since the last two years continuously.
Consequently, my home loan was simply rejected by NAB.
Phil not only proved to be very unprofessional for not knowing the recent changes in government rules, NAB’s criteria for approving home loan, but he also wasted my precious one month of loan approval period before land settlement.
I simply won’t recommend his services.
