YDL Stone Thomastown

I into stone ambassador and other smaller stone places and no one gave me the time of day, I walked into Ydl with low expectations. I walked in and the showroom was somewhat busy but as soon as I walked in, farrah smiled and said I will be with you shortly. I browsed around, the showroom is small compared to the others I went to. However once Farrah was free she changed my perspective after taking the time to help me pick the stone, cabinet colours and re-assured me about the stone industry. I have my other holiday house to do but I know where I will be coming back to. You read a lot of fake reviews about places but I can vouch for this place. And please if you go in see Farrah she will take that stress away of picking out what is in style.

Been back to YDL twice and both times was assisted by lovely Farah in the showroom. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. YDL have a good range, and it makes it a lot easier to make a decision being able to see the slabs in full size. Super happy with the customer service, thanks Farah!

Trying to decide on a kitchen bench colour, it’s so overwhelming…. We decided to visit YDL in Thomastown to see the slabs in full. We were greeted by Farah who was so friendly and down to earth. She helped us choose a colour and her advice was invaluable. Don’t hesitate visiting her. She’ll guide you in the right direction.

Amazing customer service from the attendant, Farah. She took her time to consult with me in the colours that I was after. I went in there with no idea of what I wanted and she took the time to explain and gave me her honest opinion on what she thinks would work and what wouldn’t.
As a result I am going through ydl for all my stone. I am very happy I chose them!

Just had my new bench tops installed and I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED at the quality of the stone. The stone is hideous and looks NOTHING like what is displayed in the showroom. Literally looks like a cheap Shein knockoff of the original - and this is the premium range. I’d expect some minor discrepancy in pattern and colour but this is significant. I can’t even look at it, it’s that bad.

Hats off! I received the best ever customer service from Farah. I was confused about so many brands and so many price points but after consulting with her, shortlisted only YDL stone.

So helpful! I highly reccomend going here for help deciding what stone to use on your bench tops.they have samples of all their stone bench tops. Very informative session on what’s best for a busy house.
