Terry was a great. I needed help for a special date. I told him what I already had. He didn't try and oversell. Just came up with a great tie and pant combination which fitted the blazer I already had.

The African girl that works at that store i found to be rude, no greetings no thankyou for spending my own money, couldn't care less attitude, was extremely awkward for me unpleasant experience!

I was served by Ebru and they gave me wonderful service- helped me find the items I was looking for and helped me select the correct sizing. Ebru helped every customer that came in and was excellent. The items offered by the store look wonderful as well.

Untrained & lack industry knowledge - The staff serving me struggled to identify Formal/Business Suits & Ties amongst their Collection.
Unhappy Employees - Friendly Staff but mentioned to hate this job, less pay rate, hard job & actively looking for jobs.
Unprofessional - Requested me to vacate the store 15 mins prior to the closing time.
No Company Values - None found on the website atleast.

Wide selection, many sizes, lots of stock to select from, reasonable prices, good and courteous staff with a smile.certainly shopping again.

Amazing store, great collection and best on top of all was Jenny's customer service. She is so helpful, kind and good in her communication. She understands people requirements and give suggestions accordingly.

I believe Jenny is one of the BEST sales representative in the entire Spencers mall.

Worst Customer Service. Don't care for Customers. They even don't follow Aus refund rules n made their own rules.
Definitely they've lost Customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Don't be afraid to ask for some help. They almost always have some kind of special on, definitely check it out if your looking for some great clothing. As always check for any defects before purchasing.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, the salesman was super unprofessional and laughed when I told him the sizing I was looking for and was pressured into buying clothes that didn’t suit me or that I wanted. Also when I asked for help in looking for pants I was directed and encouraged to buy everything but what I wanted to buy.

Great selection of men's clothing.
Shirts are longer in the sleeve but not too big in the body which is great.
Friendly service from staff and always willing to go that extra mile to help customers get what they are looking for.
Sale prices are pretty good value.

Just don't get them to order anything in from another store as they don't do it - Still waiting more then a month later.

This is my second time at Yd and today Georgia was really nice, helpful and she guide me in making the right choice. I'm definitely coming back!
