YD is a very nice brand from clothing varieties like blazers, jackets, trendy beach wear, and so on.

A men's clothing store does not have women's clothing, which is very convenient for male customers. There are many styles. There are several consumers choosing from it. There are not too many people. It is very comfortable and stress-free to browse.

The management need to be more organise when the shops have sales during boxing day etc.
The shops need to let customers in every 10-15 mins. They need to tell customers make choices fast as every 10-15mins more people would come in. This would make the lines move faster not Q for few hours for one shop

Female store staff absolute gems, can't say much abt the white bloke who ignored me, thus minus 1 star

Sony and Cameron are absolute legends, they are so helpful and so friendly. I had such an amazing experience with them. I'll come again and YD is in my favorite store list now. Higley recommended.

Popped in this morning for a coat, the two guys working there were amazing and friendly, especially Cameron who served me. Very energetic, engaging and just great to deal with. Now I came in for a coat, I left with 2 (couldn't say no to Cameron) and if I was there to spend more money I would have left with half the store. YD honestly has a great range especially when your 6'5 with long arms and slim built.
Cameron tailored his language and energy to mine which made the whole experience just easy, friendly and nice. I was more than happy to listen to his suggestions and try things on. And now I have a list of other items to try as well.
Customer service at its finest, as per my experience.
P. S. I have worked in retail for a decade and currently work in Project Management dealing with high profile and fussy clients. Cameron was amazing.

I had a terrible experience with this store, when I returned to the store attempting to exchange or refund the suit I purchased yesterday only to be deceived by the stuff where I was told that nothing could be done without a receipt. I thought I was going insane where I presented four receipts with me, only to take another hour to travel back home to comfirm that my other bag I brought with me at the time was empty. I called back to undo the possible misunderstanding that the receipts could have fallen behind the store counter and if they could hold on to them but once again I was shoved to the side where they denied even seeing the receipts leaving me unable to do anything.

Very worst experience. I purchased blazer yesterday and gave that for alteration. They made me wait for more than 2 hours next day by saying silly reason that their tailor is not well. Alteration perfection is poor. I recommend not go with yd, if any blazer required alterations. Not worthy to pay extra bucks for alteration. Staffs are not responding properly, answering questions for the one who gonna pay and not for the one who already paid.

I mean please. The amount of helpfulness in this store by the 2 lovely ladies was nothing short of miraculous. Izzy had her customer service mojo going on and went above and beyond to ensure I had left there a satisfied customer. If you ever hear people say customer service is dead.bring them here. 6 stars.

Huge collection of brand showrooms but we need the patience to find a choice. Neat and tidy place as well.

Not bad. Doesn't feel discounted really anymore. And the parking is way overpriced, even when validated
