She helped me (on several occasions) to pick out some shirts for my Partner, as a surprise.

Micheal, you are the best staff. Man you helped me get the pair of shoes I liked. Even there was a special request but you managed to fulfil. Thats what the excellent customer service is called. Absolutely fantastic. I am happy. Thanks Michael.

Unhelpful and rude staff even accused us of changing the promo sticker on the shoe box. We found the shoe on the sale rack, I tried it on and about to buy it then the two useless staff told us that we changed the sticker on the box and that shoe is worth more. I told her i found it on the sale rack on that box if you do your job and check your display then you can correct it and don’t blame your customer.

Klaudia was absolutely amazing- super friendly and patient. She gave lots of incredibly helpful advice on the clothing and guided me through the most appropriate suits for my dad to wear at my graduation, as well as provided tips on the best ways to style men's suits/shoes. She made sure we were happy and had a good understanding of everything by answering all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Can't commend her enough.

Highly recommend Klaudia, and will definitely be back again.

Worst customer service experience ever! The Store should shut down if they can not recruit sensible sales person. Never buy if you think you would need to return…. They find silly reasons to avoid returns

Staff were very helpful, the sales assistant Diana and her manager were very helpful. They worked exceptionally to make sure we were happy and to give us good advice on the clothing. Overall amazing service and very polite and friendly staff made my day. Very great and definitely would go again and recommend to others.

Came in at about 12: 30pm yesterday (22/12) wanting to buy a suit for a wedding. The lady who works there (Nicolette) helped me out straight away and picked out a great suit. Got all the sizes perfect and then her co-worker helped me out with the tie and gave me some tips. Friendly staff with great customer service thanks ladies. Highly recommend this place.

The fitting room is dangerous.sharp items (stone/sand) on the black wall, and easy to get hurt for hands and hand was bleeding when we tried the clothes.when we complain to customer service.they told us, they already informed head office before, but no any improvement.and the staff are really rude and unfriendly.so upset and uncomfortable for this experience

Where do I even begin? Immediately when I first stepped to the store, I was greet kindly by Henry. It;s my first time buying a suit and I do not know what style I want, what style fits my body and etc. However, non of that matter as Henry, kindly and generously helped me in every step selecting my outfit for the wedding and even goes as far as showing me tips on styling my outfit and showing me his favourites. The customer service is incredible. Henry went out of his way to make sure a clueless customer is satisfied with their purchase and show them on ways to dress in suit better

10/10 would definitely come back.

My friend and I had the worst customer service of our entire life at this store today, the guy who called himself Corey was super rude his behaviour was more like an assault than customer service!
We purchased 4 items:

2 shirts $29.99each
1 short. $19.99
1shirt $79.99
total purchase $159.00
With the store deal it came down to $109.00
We decided to give one of the shirts back and I explained I know the store deal won't apply any more and we are totally ok about it, but the guy had issues calculating and insisted even with the returned shirt we should pay $9 more?

So the calculation was simple we were giving the $79 shirt back and this was making the new total to $80 without the deal so the store should have gave $29 back, but the short guy whit glasses who called himself "Cory" wasn't capable of understanding this simple math, he got aggressive, rude, and super disrespectful. So we said forget the whole thing just take it all back which after a bit of resistance he did then told us "get out"

The entire time we did not say a bad word to him، just pointed out this is not the way customer service should be and he can not behave this way but he kept saying get out, to the point that one of the shop assistance (girl) approached us to apologies for his behaviour.

Honestly I think this is soooo unfair to your customers to deal with someone with anger issues, my friend is 6 moth pregnant, she was a bit down so we thought some shopping therapy would do her good, little we knew we would bump into this aggressive salesperson, who is not just abusive he is also tryingto steal from us!

This store does not deserve even one star!
I went to Yd. Moorabbin DFO today with my friend and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!
The person at the register (Corey) was extremely rude and abusive. He could not figure out a simple math and lashed out at us and told us GET OUT!
he started throwing stuff around and he was not even willing to listen to us or his colleagues. One of the sore assistances had to apologies to us when we were leaving the store.
This person is not qualified to work on retail by any means.
I cannot recommend this store to anyone as no one deserves such a horrible experience.

The customer service girl’s behaviour totally changed when I told her that I am here for refund for returning the product

This YD is the best one to go to if you're after sale prices. Went to the Chadstone YD the day before and almost everything was full price. Went to the DFO YD the next day and almost everything was on sale.
Nice spacious store with big change rooms.
The only downside would be the slightly rude and pushy behaviour from the manager.

Probably the worst customer service I have had. The two ladies really couldn't give a toss about there customers even when looking them in the eyes and asking for help they just continued talking. Walked over again to the counter and the convo was anything but work related.

Word of advise staff of DFO Moorabbin, if there are customers in your store, try more working and less talking.

Bad customer service.we went to the store with family. My father in law was trying the jacket. One of the staff was looking and smiling in such a way trying to make fun of us. I feel embrace and went out of the store.

Always end up in yd DFO for my boyfriend and his mates because of the great service from Aidan. Great attention to detail and thinks outside the box, world class! We go in and out with everything we need, thanks again:)

Eleni was FANTASTIC! She was more than willing to help us dress 4 groomsmen from head to toe. She ran back and forth to the shop floor offering different options and made sure we were well looked after! Highly recommend asking for her to help you out!

Went in with hubby to get suited up, great service by Paul, a dashing young spirited man who was super friendly and great customer service. Dressed hubby head to toe for an upcoming family wedding.
