Inept. Things not done on time as arranged, now I have to buy another suit from Connor.

Went in to pick up some shoes I bought online and ended up with an awesome long length jacked with $100 off! Gotta be happy with that!

Amazing customer service, all staff members generally care and want to help.

Safety Hazard: I injured my knee while shopping at this store. I hit my knee on the solid iron stool which had had ery sharp corner. I reported it to the Staff and they were not really concerned or they were not sure what to do about it. One of the Staff just moved it a tiny bit even though recognising it is a safety hazard and someone can get injured.

Staff were not proactive and had to wait 10 minutes just to pay the bill where there were only 2-3 customers in store. Not impressed.

The young sales guy had absolutely no interest or intention to offer any service. I asked to try on a shirt. He pointed to the dressing room without a word or eye contact. When I asked if he had a larger size, I got a blunt "No". Biblos got my $400
