Walked in to buy the hole kit from top to bottom at 430pm on Thursday (late night shopping) needed it asap for the next day,
Manager and another staff member chatting away at desk completely ignore me, I walked past twice.
2 other staff members walking around doing not much at all but giving avoidance body language (hard to approach)
I made it obvious I was looking I even had to lean infront of a ladder and boxes to try get at some shirts right infront of 3 staff members one being the manager as they continue to talk and ignore me I walked out made a comment and they laughed.so i went next door.

Special thanks to Arzu for assisting me and my friends on picking up perfect summer fits. Greatest customer experience thanks again.

Excellent customer service this morning.

Even though the store didn't have what I was after, this was a true example of how customer service should look.

It's a shame they couldn't help, because this type of service is what I like to support.

Went to buy a suit and it was perfect. Staff are highly courteous, and lovely individuals that know how to work professionally with customers. Highly knowledgeable on their products too, in turn helping one decide on a suit or item or colour etc. Keep it up guys!

Really disappointed with customer service and one of the staff while shopping today. We enter the shop and were looking for a coat, we were having a hard time to find the right size but this lady Yash or whatever her name was dont even bother to ask for any help. Later at the time of checkout, after when we did the payment she just stuffed all of our items as we were buying rags but not clothing.
I am one of the regular customer but with this kind of service, I'm afraid but this was mine last shopping at this shop. I don't even want to give any star for the behavior but I have to give at least one.

Pathetic return policy.

Even their website says go and get 365 days of hassle free returns, unfortunately the staff was not very helpful.

Will never buy stuff from here ever.

Highly recommend Sofia with anything you need

One of the girl staff not good at all in service. They said they would call me when my order came but I didn’t receive any call. Moreover, the attitude when serving customer which makes me feel them unfriendly. She charged me extra item in my purchase, luckily I checked it while i was still near the shop, and went back get $100 refund.

Not recommended at all. Poor customer service by the girl with dark skin n curly hair. We waiting for other pair of shoes and she was having romance behind register with her bf. Owner or manager should notice
