Entered the store and the employee constantly kept asking us if we needed help. Yes it is good to ask customers this but we made it very obvious that we didn’t need assistance. It felt like we were being hovered over and was rather quite irritating. The other two employees (one male and one female) were far more enjoyable and caught on to the fact we didn’t need assistance. They were polite. I recommend to this certain employee (young male) to find a balance between providing assistance and reading the room.

Been to the store yesterday such a lovely staff especially yoshi help me a lot throughout the purchase, need more staff like her.

Shoutout to Zion and Georgette from fountain gate for 10/10 customer experience, will definitely be returning as a happy customer!

Today my wife and i walked in to get the rig kitted out for a few weddings coming up. Yoshi took care of us and she was a gun staff member (yep, its her real name). She was really genuine in wanting to help us and it made buying a new suit fun and easy. Thanks Yoshi!

Just had the best retail experience with Kay, she helped me more than I could’ve asked for. Definitely will be coming to this store from now on as the staff (Kay) really do help you to find what you want and more importantly, what you need. Thanks Again YD!

Walked past when they had no customers in for a browse, saw two people that worked there ready to jump on me the second I walk in. There is customer service and then just being annoying.

Recently been shopping with my boyfriend for a suit and we have visited two YD stores and both times I can’t beleive how helpful the staff have been. Such a nice surprise as we have been to other brands and have had the worst customer service!

About last week Friday I went yd with my boyfriend to take suits for him The wrkng in thr was like racist ignore us and also not friendly at all she only talk with white man irritates us then we went Connor and purchased for nearly 400 I hate yd customer service really bad

I was with my family and my 9month daughter dropped a biscuit and the guy pointed that and asked me to pickup, later showed me a bin to drop it. I would have anyways picked that up. But the manner it was pointed out was very shocking to me.

Had to buy the blazer because I was desperately after one. But later had to rerun because it was damaged.

Glad it was faulty. I came out of my guilt about adding an entry to that sales quota.

Bought an item online, sent it back to them, they received it but never got back to me for a refund. I had to write to them. Very sketchy. I used to buy from them all the time, but since the customer service gone bad, quality and terrible not fashion clothing design will never buy again. Same goes to Connor, and Tarocash.

Went here with my boyfriend and I was ignored by the girl serving us the entire time. Only my boyfriend was spoken to. I don't think she even looked at me once. Maybe work on a friendlier atmosphere - I didn't feel remotely welcome and had my boyfriend not needed something specifically from YD.for a wedding I would have dragged him out and gone elsewhere.

Owned by the same company as Tarocash and the other stores that tend to have perpetual 70% off sales.

Feels like sandpaper and materials don't last. The wworst quality stuff you can ever buy. Don't be fooled by the discounts - they are never close to worth full price anyway.
