Unreal service, we were looking for a tie as we needed one more tie for our wedding. We could not find any in Australia. But Shannon found one for us!

Very bad customer service. Emilia and isabella were very rude with us. They dont have ethics to speak with customers and they dont give respect to customer. We have done about 800$ shopping but they didnt talk well at all which is making us think why did we come to this store.

I bought 4 pants from YD at craigieburn shopping center, and each one were $100 dollars.and than I asked for discount because I bought more than one and expensive they said "we can't help you with price" and I said than who can help us with price, they said "I don't know". It is the worst attitude toward customer & service I ever saw in my life. I don't think that a business should keep like this workers at business.
Is because is disrespect/destroying a business name.if this will keeps going on I don't regemed anyone goes there.
Thanks. I hope they will understand.

Saturday 6th August shopped at yd and every staff member spoke to me as I was checking out jeans. They all informed me of the 2 pair for $60, they knew the product well.
I waited at checkout as serving another customer and the female staff member apologised to me for the wait. I told them how impressed I was with there customer service. Thank you.

Terrible service here on Sunday I was never greeted and after spending 5 minutes trying things on by myself before the lady took the clothes off me and suggested I buy all of them without seeing me in them was very awkward

Had a product defect of the pant as the color has run out one shop attendant asked me to bring it into the shop to get it exchanged when I brought it in the service attendant said won't be exchanging as the trouser had been washed.

This trousers color has run how would you know that it has an issue without you washing the trouser

Worst staff I’ve ever come across, really aggressive sales technique. Avoid!

Update- tried our luck again by visiting this store. Partner and I weren’t hesitant to spend heaps $$$ on our shopping day but instead went Connor instead for blazer attire, was ignored and the girls that work there are so up themselves it’s hilarious.

Not once were we asked if we needed any help but instead got walked into a couple of times by staff and all they did was show attitude. Staff that worked Friday 9th, embarrassing face of the company

I am appalled by the experience I had at YD Essendon, specifically with Rachael. Her care factor was at zero right from the beginning with a proven inability to actively listen and understand what the purpose of the visit was.

Initially, when asking her whether a reprint of a receipt could be printed after a previous visit at another store where the receipt was faded, she said she would check on the system. It was clarified the reason for the receipt was so that it could be part of a reimbursement for work. As I was trying to explain to her the purpose of wanting a receipt was due to a faded receipt, she couldn’t care just asking for my number not even letting me finish. She checked the system and was unable to retrieve the information to which I had explained that I would still be purchasing more pants from their store regardless. She then went onto explaining to me how I can get the pants returned or refunded at the other store to which I clarified again that I wasn’t after a return or refund as I just needed the receipt for a reimbursement.

As I was looking through the pants to get the size, she immediately hovered over me again asking me which size to which I had already retrieved the one I needed. I then went to get a second pair of the same, and she again asked what I was after and I had to spend time clarifying that I was after a second pair. She then said she could find it elsewhere and then brought back another pair which had different buttons on the back and I had explained I just needed them consistent which she seemed offended simply saying “okay” and I continued my search. I was able to find another pair only for her to get ones that were based inside the lower shelves which were dusty and I told her which she gave me and while checking them she was like “they’re the same size”, and I had to clarify that I had to check them in the same way they check returns when they occur and she walked off.

When going to the counter, she was standing with her colleague of Indian descent gossiping about me and then when noticed I was coming, immediately looked the other way and proceeded to the counter. Once at the counter, we went through repetitive discussions and excessive time wasting all over again. This included asking if I wanted the two pairs, which it was confirmed I did, only to then repeat the same process all over again. At that stage I had said “yes for the second time” and she then said “what’s wrong? There’s no need to be so rude” to which I clarified that patience had already been tested across the duration of the visit as she wasn’t listening. She continued to persist with her attitude and even said “you’re the one with the attitude” to which I told her to forget about the purchase and that I would be in contact with Head Office.

As I went to leave, I asked her colleague if he was the manager and he said he wasn’t. I then said I will be in touch with Head Office because of her customer service to which Rachael confrontationally came from the counter to the front of the store where I was to have a further go at me. In response to me telling him how she was rude to me, he then ignorantly and said irritably “why, what’s the problem? ” as if he was already on her side while she lashed out saying how I was the one being rude and I said “well done Rachael, fight with your customers, you’ll hear from Head Office” as she persisted with arguing and I had just left.

Rachael will make you lose business as she’s argumentative and doesn’t take accountability for lacking any attention to detail which involves a basic process of listening to what a customer is saying. I’d encourage Rachael to perhaps enrol in an active listening course or perhaps do 2 courses including basic customer service to possibly get herself a 2 for 1 discount. She twisted around the situation of patience being tested to make it seem like you’re apparently the one with the problem. Unprofessional and incapable. Amongst the worst customer experiences I’ve had an it has always stemmed from the staff at this outlet specifically.

Amazing collection for Men's clothing.
We went to get clothes for my Husband and weren't disappointed we found so many choices in formal and collection for pants is amazing.
Will surely visit again

I had a great experience at yd Essendon DFO. The customer service was fantastic. Even at 6 30 she did not ask me to leave. She had great taste of clothing and the color matching. She has got great skills on clothing and patterns. I just loved my experience and I am sure next time I am definitely going to yd Essendon DFO.

Not sure why the manager on Friday last week 22/2 carried on like they're in charge of some world class store. My experience before that nevertheless has been good and I've always had this store as my staple for special events.

Just like any other YD, you'll get hassled about how your day is going, what's on for the weekend, what your looking to buy, when you'll wear it, ect ect. Quality of clothes is very poor and outdated, even for me. If you're looking for a chat, $30 suit pants and a new best friend, I recommend it. If not, shop somewhere else.

Best bargain shopping in the west close to the airport and a big thank you to the fabulous staff in rm williams for all thier assistance in finding exactly what i needed
Convese shoe store again shopping with you was a wonderful experience with friendly staff who are extremely helpful and friendly nothing to hard for this awesome team

Hard to find a car park but shopping great. Travelling overseas shortly and the girls at the luggage shop were full of great advice and tips for when travelling. Tommy Hilfiger is always a great shop and favourite to visit.

Occasionally have great sales or bargains. I generally like their stock, quality is good and they have slim fits.
