12 I went to yd in Pacific Epping a little shy about buying some items for a date coming up, and was met by a lovely human being named Kat.
Kat gave me her time, energy, care, and honesty in helping me find a nice outfit for my date.
Kat made me feel confident and happy throughout the whole interaction and I was obliged to write a positive review after this experience.

I was at the yd.store in Epping Plaza with my wife last week. Store manager Kat and staff Liam were both very helpful whilst giving us space to do our own shopping. Excellent service. Very highly recommended
I went to YD Epping store today. Kate served me and advised me for the colour, sizes and design. She knew what was in my mind. She is so professional and friendly. Very good customer service! Spent more then my budget, but it was good experience, worth and got what I really want. I saved so much time because of her professionalism. As a man you don’t have to waste your time to go around other shops to look for what you want. Just go to them and they fix it for you. Highly recommend YD. Epping. Thank you.
Great fashion and has larger sizes in some items.
Wheelchair accessible but not easy to access dressing rooms; you will have to reverse in to see the mirror.
It was fairly expensive, but what isn't nowadays?
Great experience. Specially the staff member Hassan helped us to choose the right fit. Unfortunately i had to return some of items the next day and Hassan was like no issues mate. I would definitely rate the customer service 10 out of 10.

Had to rush to get something to wear for a funeral, which is always a horrible task.
The bloke that worked there was extremely helpful & friendly. The clothes fit well & were reasonably priced.

I went in on the 4th and 5th of march 2020 to purchase items fir my boys. Both experiences were amazing! Really impressed with the level of customer service! I wish i got both the sales guys names to pass on this feedback
Is bad service I bought a jacket online delivery then when I tried the jacked it was to big for me, then I went to the store it took me about thirty minutes to get to the store when I got to the store i wanted to exchange they said that I cannot exchange because of the policy then i told the lady to return it if she cannot exchange it then she did not Exchange or return.
A message to the owner of the store
Why did you open the store if you cannot return or exchange close down you’re store bad service mate
A little late for the review but never too late to warn other shoppers.
Mid-March I had shopped here and had spent over $400.
Upon checkout (SIMON) the sales guy asked me if I wanted anything else? I was like no that's all for today. Then he had asked me to help him by purchasing something for $20 more just so that he can meet his daily target. I was like sorry man I won't be able to as I have already passed my budget.
And that's when he played his sneaky little trick by adding an extra $20 on to my purchase and charged me for it just so that he could meet his target for the day.
Luckily I had to wait for the alteration. Whilst I was waiting I thought I should have a look at the receipt. That's when I saw that I was charged more than my purchase amount.
Seriously that guy does not deserve to work for this company anymore.
I have always shopped here for my regular concerts and was never fooled in this way.
I need an apology from him for this And the company!
