- the staff is excellent. Zain deserves a special mention for the way he understood my requirement and/or criteria, showed me various options, suggested a few combinations to consider and finally helped me decide which suit I would go with.
- location is convenient: just after the food court and before Big W on level 1 when you enter from Gate 3 of the Eastland SC.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. First time I had bought myself some dressy clothed in years and Ian very happy with my purchase.

Went to purchase 4 suits for a wedding party. We were the only ones in the store for the majority of the time. There was a single inexperienced employee in the store, who despite being new, didn’t seem very personable or interested. When we decided what we needed, I told him that I was in last week and the previous employee said they could order in stock from other stores. This employee had no idea how to do that, and said that the other employee who did kept leaving all day to go talk to other stores, so we sat around for 10 minutes while he tried to call this employee. When he finally showed up, he mentioned the stock was at a store closer to where we live so we said we’d just go there to get it. This employee then told us that no, they’re going to order it in. I reiterated that it would be easier for us to just go get it, and he again said that they’ll just order it in for us. Why would I want to wait for it to come to your store, where you barely seem to be interested in working (and rub that onto your new employees) when I can get the items today on the way home? Whoever was working at 3pm on 09/01/2022 needs re-training.

Came in to buy something 5 mins before close and was told it was too late. Didn't need to try, just buy. Clearly not the owner of the business who was talking to me (hope not at least)!
