Recently got some great assistance from a lady called Timna. She was very helpful in guiding me through the store, explaining the products, picking out items for me to try on and was very helpful all around. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. The only reason I put 4 stars instead or 5 is because I felt a lot of their stuff was overpriced but they did have some sale items which I picked up and was happy with:) thank you Timna for your help that day:)

Worst customer service ever. Went to return defective shirt. Was told to check the shirt carefully before buying so that i don't have to return it. Spoke to Manager and his customer service was appalling as if they don't care about customers.

Horrible costumer service. I was just checking a clothing item, and this staff guy gave me a stare, picked up the item and threw it in the cart, like I had COVID. And he was not even wearing a mask. Even during the checkout, he looked like he was doing a favour to me. Will not be returning to this store again ever. Zero stars if I could

Very bad customer service and both sales assistants were rude and doesn't care about customer. There is no 0 star else I would have given ZERO

Great place to shop. The lovely lady who helped me buy a suit on the morning of the 19th went above and beyond in helping me out.

Will make this store my first stop next time 10/10

Shout out to that salesman today with a very poor customer service who doesnt seem very happy in serving customers.he's more concern with his sales items being disarranged rather than giving his customers an options. Ended up buying in Connors whom they provided excellent customer service.
