9Absolutely trash customer service there worse I’ve ever had. You call the staff and they will ignore or they will make you feel not welcomed.
Staff member that i dealt with was really helpful and really nice, think her name was kaylan:)
So dissapointed. The second I had walked in, the woman didn’t smile back at me and I was speaking to another worker and the same woman at the start had shushed me. She had also been rude to a customer that could not understand English properly. So disappointed
There is a certain fellow who works here who has assisted me greatly in choosing a suit for me to where to an event, he even taught me a valuable skill for straightening suit pants and even his own method of it. What a cool guy. If you're debating on whether or not to decide between luxurious and high-end suit stores, be sure to put this one in the list of your options.
Just went to YD Craigieburn had awesome help from talia and sophie they helped my friend come out of his comfort zone he felt amazing and he’s actually quite self-conscious I’m so happy for him thank you so much Craigieburn YD girls I’ll be sure to be back next time

First time going into this store, after trying few pants and few shirts and ending up liking one shirt only,
Going to pay for one shirt, saw the surprise on the staff's face and she go's to me is that all what you buying after you try lots of things I was like yes, gotta buy what suits me.

Worst customer service. Bought pants last week (08/04/2022) cash. I was told to pick the pants last week at 8.30pm due to pants alteration and they didn't have $40 cash change. They kept the receipt and I told was told to pick the pants with $40 change. Today went to pick the pants and cash change. The girls denied the change and demand the receipt. $40 won't make me rich but I lost faith in YD crooks.
