I was looking for a suit jacket, and was wondering aimlessly until I was approached by Kody (?), who helped me select several articles of clothing. Outstanding service, couldn't recommend more!

Bloke called Kody is an absolute king! Sorted me out with a few weekend fits, and boy did it pay off

Really helpful staff. Store laid out nicely. Very tidy. Good vibes. Changing rooms are a little funny though, no mirror inside, just a large mirror for everyone.

Young sales assistant Tessa needs to be commended for outstanding customer service. Looking for a suit an hour from closing time on a Friday night I walked in YD Chadstone for a new suit and thankfully Tessa was working because I walked out 20mins later with everything I needed. It would have been easy to be dismissive and disinterested being a Friday night but Tessa was super helpful, knew her sizes and there was nothing that was too much trouble, for not only me but at least two other customers being attended to at the same time. Thanks again and we’ll done Tessa!

Attended the store on a Monday afternoon only to find terrible customer service, average quality clothing, and a poor range of sizes.

Nice variety of clothing, the guy who served my partner was nice, but lacked enthusiasm which was disappointing.
Store was very neat and tidy.

Wasn't expecting the customer service I had today at YD. Great with attention to detail around fitting and style. Emily you're the best, keep up the great work!:)

I was so lost on what I was looking for when I walked in, but Tessa jumped in with her infectious bubbly energy and made putting something together super fun and easy!

Excellent quality knit tops at great prices. Highly recommend. Only dislike was the socks which were of a much poorer quality and tore very quick.

Amazing store well kept and the staff are incredible. Especially Adam took good care of me in regards to a lay-by I had and understood the circumstances as to why I had to have it cancelled. No questions asked he put through the cancellation and wished me well. Adam needs a raise!

I'm from Sydney originally and was visiting Melbourne to see my family. My cousin took me to yd as I wanted to buy a Christmas suit. I was assisted by a taller gentleman at first who was kind and helpful. Later on a sales person named Rahul assisted me as they were out of stock on the size that I needed. Finally, I found a suit I liked. Rahul went above and beyond to ensure that my Christmas suit was perfect. I ended up buying a suit, shirt, tie, shoes and belt. Rahul matched everything up for me to ensure the look was perfect. He gave me a really good deal and threw in a pair of complementary socks. With a little help from his manager, I was able to get all the alterations done just in time. I shopped here mainly because of the service I received even though Connor was doing suits for $100 cheaper. I would strongly recommend this store.

Came with two mates like ok’ing for wedding suits. The lady who served us was extremely friendly, polite, professional and helpful

Bad customer service, a girl by the name Kristy passed me a suit without a suit bag claiming that they are out of stock. When I was walking around I saw people coming out of same shop with them. I almost took the suit back but anyway I got something urgent that needed that.

Megan provided great advice and service helping to find the right style.

Good mix of casual and formal attire.

I but a lot of clothes here. Jumpers and t's. Such a smooth style and the staff are always friendly. Generally good deals but I don't really go there to save. Enjoy this one!
