We always have great customer service when we come to this store

Worst customer service ever. The curly hair guy named David was very rude. We were trying get a refund for a shirt and the tag of that shirt is fallen. We don’t know when the tag was fallen from the shirt. But I’m 100% we did not remove it. Anyway David said he can’t give us a refund but can exchange it. So we were trying to find a another shirt, but I couldn’t find anything suits me and we were so late. So we said David we couldn’t find anything to exchange, what is the last day that we can do an exchange for this, he said we have a one year period for that. We came hone and go there next week. Another guy was in the cashier we said we need to exchange the shirt, and he said ok. And we saw David said no to him secretly. Anyway we spend more than one hour to find a cloth to exchange. After we came to the cashier David came and said he can’t do the exchange. Very cheap behaving guy. And Lying to customers. They said they never do mistakes so they didn’t miss the tag. But they emailed us a wrong receipt in the previous day. Then we ask why that guy trying to do the exchange. David said he is a trainee and he doesn’t know the company policy. We can’t believe, there is an employee in their shop without knowing their policies. We were with our 4 months old baby. We’ll never go to this yd shop again. I wish I could give zero stars.

Unfortunately disorganised for the most part from customers, products take to long to send between stores, products are low quality resulting in damages often and worst of all packaging is highly unsustainable.

Went instore with my partner who wanted to try on some items. Decent customer service in terms of helping my partner with his shopping. However things quickly went down hill when I was scammed. I went to buy a top and was asked for my phone number so I could be sent a receipt. Great idea, can't lose it and saving the environment. However he proceeded to ask me for my email, and my name. I should have realised and said something, as I'm walking out I realised they set me up for their membership program-without telling me. I will not be visiting this store again, regardless of how charming they claim to be.

Nice young lady helped me with buying some clothes today. She was very helpful and had a really nice attitude. I think she has served me before at Greensborough store. Store was nice and tidy, I'll shop at this store again.

Good range of mens clothing and accessories.best and most loved was the customer service of Kate at yd Unihill branch.she was very professional and knew how to win customers over.

Had such a positive experience today at yd Bundoora, Shannon a very friendly and helpful staff member made me feel at home and provided me with incredible clothing options suited to my needs. I am really appreciative for this personalised service which has ticked all the right boxes! I highly recommend a visit and again felt really valued today. Thank you Shannon and thank you to the amazing team at yd, will be back for sure:)

One of the guy’s working in this store named cameron is brilliant. He is really helpful, enthusiastic and helped me to select good combination of pant and shirt. Would definitely come back

Impeccable service and efficient management from Cameron as he chose and found a pair of Herston shorts

They have some great clothes there at reasonable prices. The girl in store (Kate) was extremely helpful (especially with sizing as I am over 6 feet tall) and was more than happy to advise on different styles I had not considered. Definitely reccomend a visit guys if you have a function to go to and need to get "dressed up well" for the occasion without blowing a few weeks wages on it!

Poor customer service, never again to buy from or recomend my friend to. You never get help after you return the product. I was very disappointed.
