You will not get more helpful staff than the staff that work here. They go out of there way to make sure you have everything that you need and offer great style advice. The two men that worked in store today could not have been any more helpful and I have been back in store twice since my first visit a month ago because I know they are reliable and honest. Thank you so much for making my experience special and I hope you both get a well deserved pay rise soon. It is would be money well spent by the company to keep these staff

Long overdue review, had an awesome experience here. The gentleman helped me pick out the outfit I wore to propose to my now fiancé. Helped with pants, shoes, coat and even socks. Can’t remember his name unfortunately but absolute masterclass. I’m pretty sure he said he was a photographer in his spare time if that narrows it down

Terrible attitude of the Asian dude in that store that I felt horrible to be there for shopping. His attitude was so bad I didn’t even want him to serve me so I told him not to serve me.

Rushed here after finishing 10 hrs night shift. 9am at the door and they are shut! Been told by neighbouring shop they don't open till 10am then why make people hustle? Useless and terrible! Please update your opening hours and don't waste people's time and effort!

After being reassured of yd.s great return policy I bought a backup suit of an event which I didn't end up needing. The manager of this store then told me she was unable to do the return and the issue was with me and my bank (" I am the manager I know what I'm doing"). After 30mins on the phone with my bank I had to wait a week for a new card to be sent out as they had no idea what the problem could be. The manager told me to do the return at a different store (dispite this being the store I bought the suit from) because "I looked like I was struggling". After her rude and unhelpful attitude I did go back to a different store only to find out that they could have done the return and I never had a problem with my bank/card. I believe she did this so that this return did not mess up her store numbers. Every yd. I have been to has extremely helpful staff so it is such a shame that she was so unwilling to help and plain rude. Go to any other yd.store, the have a larger range, more sale items and much nicer staff.

Service was top notch. Tessa was very helpful and made buying formal clothes very easy and she didn't rush me out the door at close like other shops. Will definitely go back

Shop assistant not very helpful, not much information given relating to item stock or price after sale informed! More so want to wrap up quickly with sale!

Today I came in for a suit, within a few moments Troy was able to find the perfect suit for me along with a great tie to match.
Not to mention the great tailoring of the pants, very quick!

Best YD store in Melbourne for customer service! Toufi was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. Nothing was too hard for him to do. Great customer service and really friendly staff.
