We hired Yates Constructions to install a Stratco Outback Verandah roof over our existing deck. We chose Yates based on the positive reviews we read. We were extremely happy with the entire job. Jarrod was very responsive to any query we had from start to end. He was very helpful with talking through colours and other options. The job was completed on time and for a fair price. Jarrod and his team did a great job designing and building our deck and verandah, we couldn't be happier. From design and consultation through to planning permits and through to completion they were a very professional outfit.

We were referred to Jarrod through Stratco for the design, supply and installation of a Cooldek pergola. We were very impressed with his punctuality, honesty and ability to see our vision for what we wanted.
We got a second quote to compare prices and both were extremely similar to each other, so we went with Yates Constructions as we felt Jarrod had a very low tolerance for low quality workmanship!
Communication was excellent during the design/planning/permit stage, and during the installation process the team were extremely punctual. There was no foul language onsite and they all worked well together. The team were also extremely mindful of the recent landscaping works and made every attempt to not disturb anything.
The quality of the build was excellent and anything that was said was going to get done did get done (eg; painting downpipes to match existing).
The final product looks even better than we imagined and we will happily recommend Yates Constructions to anyone wanting work done.

The guys at Yates Construction constructed a verandah at the rear of my home, which is made of Stratco metal, with strips of skylight, to allow a nice covered area that also allows light in.
Unsure at first of what I wanted, Jarrod and his boys had the expertise of design and know-how to achieve a smart looking, very sturdy product.
I was also impressed with Jarrod being readily available to answer any queries or concerns that I had, by either email or phone.
I’m really happy with my new verandah and despite their busy schedule, they had it finished before Christmas.

Jarrod and his team installed a Stratco Outback Cooldek with motorised blinds & a fan. We are so thrilled with the end result. Everything came together beautifully. Jarrod was transparent, up front, honest and had a solution for every obstacle encountered. From initial consultation, quotation, planning submission to construction & completion, he made us feel so relaxed, and everything just went so smooth. I was put onto Yates Construction from Stratco to install a Stratco verandah over a already established decking.
From the first contact with Jarrod to completion he was very helpful and professional. Answering any questions and explaining everything I needed to know.
Finished worked looks great and the framing even matches the existing metal down pipes and fascias on the house.
Once completed the crew cleaned up and took all the rubbish with them.

We hired Yates construction to erect a Stratco patio with merbau decking at our property. From my initial contact with Jarrod, to the completion of works, both Jarrod & Zane were very professional, prompt and provided us with a top quality product and workmanship at a very competitive price. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys and their suggestions and advice was invaluable, as it was just what we needed to bring our vision of an outdoor entertainment area to reality.

Jarrod and the team did a fantastic job. Even from the design stage no option or iteration was too much trouble for Jarrod. The team arrived on time and got stuck into the work immediately. They worked, clean, efficiently and all work was done to quality standards with a clean and professional finish. Yates construction are true professionals working through any issue or problem they may come up against; nothing was a barrier. I have used a competitor company in the past for a similar type of installation and they did a far inferior job than the Yates Construction Team the comparison was chalk and cheese. If you have a choice go with Jarrod and the team at Yates Construction, you don’t be disappointed.

Yates Construction built a fantastic free-standing patio at our house. Their workmanship was superb. Jarrod is honest, reliable and an excellent tradesman. He was a pleasure to have working around the yard and made the entire process seamless and easy. After a few years' worth of renos, I can vouch that Yates Construction were totally professional and delivered a superb product in the amount of time promised. For our next building project I will be straight on the phone to Jarrod. He's a top bloke!:)
