After covid, buying clothes shifted to online shopping! I’ve always had issues with my size and quality of clothes while shopping online and end up wasting a lot of money! With online shopping, main things are being able to choose what you want and decide wholeheartedly what to buy. Despite being able to buy stuff online, we will always be skeptical and we cant really see the clothes one by one to decide how they actually look, but with Shilpa, it was really fulfilling to do online shopping. She not only had immense patience to show me all her stuff, but she also gave me the freedom to decide what I want without imposing any marketing strategy to push clients and buy stuff in her shop! She took my details, gave me her insights, showed me all her stuff for more than an hour over a video call and then left it to me to decide what I want to buy. I’m glad I did that online shopping with her! She made it a point that I as her customer, am satisfied with whatever I buy from her shop. Now il do that video call every-time I want anything to buy for any occasion:) Thank you Shilpa:) looking forward to more video cals and shopping with you:)
