Yarrawonga Holiday Park reviews
57Love this caravan park facilities are great, you have a choice of a 30m pool in the centre of the park and then a splash Park for the little kids.
The family spent 2 nights in an ensuite delux cabin - cabin was a bit old and tired, however it would have been perfectly fine except the cleanliness level was horrible. Dirt and lost sock under the bed (showing no one had bothered to sweep under there for how long?) ; hair on the 'clean' sheets; dirty cutlery put back in the drawer. Mould growing around the aluminium windows. Friends stayed in a luxury cabin and they had the same issues! Also, the park advertises WiFi, but there's no network available. For the price, I'd hope for much better. Reading other reviews, seems this is a reoccurring problem at this place. Be good if management took this on board and did a deep spring clean of all the cabins, and took cleanliness more seriously. We won't be recommending this place till then.
We spent 5 nights at this pet friendly park right on the river near the Weir. Spotless amenities. Great entertainment for children with great playground and pool and splash park. Lovely walking my whippet along the river. He enjoyed rabbit spotting!
Generally a good accommodation and facilities.but.
- WiFi was advertised but not working/available
- 3 of us booked in a cabin - one small square of soap: - (
Nice park. Recomend. We had a great riverside caravan spot. Showers and amenities are great. Staff are lovely
Lovely rural setting, great restaurants, interesting attractions, all a around welcoming experience.
Great place to stay at, just one thing, the shower cubicles need more hooks to hang your clothes on.
This place is amazing! The biggest caravan park I have ever seen. Amenities work well and were always clean. Awesome coffee van in the mornings, genuinely some of the best coffee i've ever had. Really impressed. Will come back again!
Nice park has nice facilities with a good size pool and a great splash park for kids it's only a ten min walk from town and a great walk across the weir
Room was next to beer garden which wasn't ideal, over priced for what it was but ok for 1 night. Meal in bistro was 10/10
Exceptional caravan place. Amenities excellent, facilities 10/10 especially to make a holiday with children a great experience. Definitely a excellent caravan park compared to others. Would highly recommend.
Nice clean cabin. Bunk mattresses very firm but got used to it after one night. I knew they didn't supply linen for bunks but they don't supply pillows or towels either but were good enough to give me both when l asked about them. Great playground and swim area for kids and a large heated pool for older kids and adults. Good value.
You only get stitched up once.
Booked in advance for nine nights, asked at reception whether site was close to the other parties I was here with they said I was in luck they have one nearby all good but will have to move which was OK paid what I thought was the balance but only for seven days go back to check on moving only to be told that there's mire to pay all up $582 for nine nights nearly $65 it's a powered site not a motel room, and the attitude of the people in reception, you work in a caravan park, it's was all my fault because I didn't understand, won't be back. Not happy Jan
We have been staying at the Yarrawonga Holiday Park for a few days
We enjoyed visiting some of the shops in the main St of Yarrawonga and also the clubs over the bridge in Mulwala
We found the park amenities to be very clean and inviting
We extended our stay by 2 days
Customer service was excellent
Well done keep up the good work
Great holiday park.lots of space.great water park for the kids.comfy cabins.will stay here again
Nice holiday park alongside the river. Good clean facilities, awesome play park for kids. Dog friendly sites (check conditions).
Wow, what a huge park. We had a riverside site for a week with uninterrupted views up to the Weir. The park has an awesome play area for the kids including a climbing net, swings &other equipment, a jumping pillow and a splash zone as well. There's an excellent camp kitchen with BBQ's and an oven, plus extra outside BBQ's. Good clean amenities in two locations, and the park has it's own boat ramp. Plus it's only a 10 minute walk to the main street cafe's and shops.
Great caravan park. Have stayed twice in the last 6 months. Concrete slab site next to the tennis club the first time and behind the footy club the second time. The water park is excellent and our kids absolutely loved it. If you are near the tennis club keep a close eye on the kids as the road in is busy. The coffee van during peak times was well utilised. Thanks

Beautiful caravan park. Well manicured lawns. Amenities clean and tidy. Suitable for large rigs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again.
