We went to Boronia office & they Kept double booking over my sons appointment times & telling us not to come or lying to us about double booking then someone else in the office would tell me that someone has been put in out time slot that week. Also gave no strategies to resolve issues pretty much just babysit/played with my son for an hour a week.gave my child a reward of playing with light switch’s & lamps! I mean come on how dangerous! We are trying to stop him playing with lights & they encouraged it! Poor communication from psychologist herself. & still waiting on an email from practice manager as he promised. I was robbed blind by them! I want my money back!
