I buy fire wood time to time here. Last time I did receive the wrong load of wood, (unseasoned and mostly kindling size) but the team were more than understanding and offered full refund. Good customer service

With all respect to the ladies there, many pieces of the firewood they sold me (put in our trailer) were soaking wet and did not burn. Won't come again.

Ordered 40-80mm aggregate. They delivered quarry spalls, none of which were smaller than 80mm. Nothing like a previous delivery. I now have 2 metres of unusable rock.

I ordered some red gum firewood from Yarra Junction Harden Supplies today and right from the phone enquiry through to the actual firewood delivery the service was faultless. Bone dry, great sized pieces with some ripper sleeper logs and to top it off they even threw in some kindling. My usual supplier was $60 a cube more expensive so there was a great saving going even more local. I’m surprised to see a few recent negative comments and I did measure my stack and found if anything, there was a little extra than I ordered. I will definitely be ordering of them again in the future. Well done guys.

Ordered in the morning they said it would be
there mid morning i rang at 12pm due to it hadn't arrived he said had been flat and would be another hour well it is now 2pm and it still isn't here there go's the day of waiting so not sure who they think needs it first you would think they would deliver in the order of people ringing up or coming in to order

You seem like decent people.twice now you have shorted me on the wood I bought in good faith. The first time I let it go. I received. 8 of a Metre. The second time I received. 7 of a metre. Both times stacked very loosely in my shed. I rang hoping you would be fair and work this out. When I rang I was fobbed off. It's very disappointing. It was said “I don’t know how you stack the wood”. I took that to mean I squeezed 1 metre of wood into. 7 of a metre.
I left comments on Facebook but they keep getting deleted. Now I know why you see only positive comments there.

I had heard a lot of comments bagging YJGS. I thought I would try myself…
Big Mistake… Very Disappointed.

Terrible experience didn't send quotes had to ring three times spelled name wrong on quote. Had to go in person to pick it up but could only send unprintable quote to phone after being told they would print it out for me.

Very helpful and prompt, fair prices and friendly, have dealt with them before and will again, excellent service for the Valley
