Additionally, the absence of a language barrier, with staff proficient in Mandarin and other languages, enhances the overall experience. The professional treatment received from Dr. Reza has been truly exceptional. I am thoroughly satisfied with the excellent service provided by Yarra Medical & Cosmetic Centre.

This clinic is amazing. They run on time, they assist with finding realistic payment options, they are professional and very quick to get your results form any specialist so they can assist you ASAP. I have never had such good experiences with a GP before. Great location, easy on PT.

I had to get a vaccine and I’m terrified of needles. I was so nervous but Dr Ansari was so kind and comforting, he kept me distracted and did my shot without me even knowing. I genuinely didn’t feel the needle! Wonderful staff, great experience.:)

If I could give 0 stars I would! I am absolutely disgusted at the level of service. I booked an appt for a specific service and when I arrived for my appt was told that doctor doesn’t do that. I was very specific on the phone when I booked about what I wanted- and it turns out it was the (extremely rude) practice manager that booked the appt. Then continued to tell me I must have rescheduled as she wouldn’t have booked it wrong, yet that never happened.
I can’t stress how rude the manager was. All while browsing on her mobile sitting at the desk. Poor poor service! I hope the doctors/ owners are aware of who is the “face” of their business!
Sickening. You are dealing with unwell people.
And if you make an error- just own in and accept responsibility.

This clinic Broke patient confidentiality, when it was pointed out they removed the Breach of Privacy but neglected to address it or apologise, instead they attempted to bury the reviews with commissioned 5 star reviews. It's obvious if you look at the post frequency.
Incredible how unethically handled this situation was.

Really nice environment and efficient. Bulk billed at some hours otherwise still very cheap. So glad I live nearby!

Whilst it was quick and easy to book an appointment, I unfortunately have to leave this review as I was frankly quite shocked by my experience. As someone who has experienced fertility issues, I booked this appointment knowing that there is something not quite right at the moment with my body. It is a deeply sensitive topic, not just for me but for others experiencing similar issues, and Dr Page was both dismissive and rude in the way he spoke to me. I was told repeatedly 'you're fine' despite me saying that my symptoms are unusual for me and that I have been experiencing pain and discomfort. He said 'you're not pregnant so you're fine. ' I was in and out of the room in three minutes, with not even a referral for a blood test or an ultrasound to ease my mind. I'm sorry to say that this is unacceptable for a medical practitioner, but urge anyone experiencing similar issues (in particular, women's health) - do not book in to this clinic, at the very least don't book with Dr. Page. You will be ignored and patronised.

Great place and Dr Reza Ansari is always polite and supportive. Been going here for 4 years now and no issues.

From the very moment I stepped in the clinic Niloo the practice manager welcomed me and the whole skin procedure went smoothly and i was very happy with the result, doctor Reza is very friendly and skilled, 10/10 is my recommendation, i will see u guys soon

As a backpacker, unsure of how the medical system works in Australia, and having a fairly important issue to be looked at by a doctor, I was very pleased to be able to book an appointment the same day, not too far away. I received good service and friendly and helpful staff.

Got my covid booster here, they were really nice, professional and it's a well located and clean venue, I'd recommend it!

Oh, and no cost or stress and easy to book on hotdoc.

I booked booster vaccine in this place and they don't allow me to get the vaccine because I don't have Medicare, just private insurance. When I booked in the website it didn't say anything about that. I thought this vaccination it was for everyone and policies that only attend to people with Medicare it seems like a discriminatory behaviour

Great service! Love the service from this clinic from the receptionist and the Doctor. Today my son had his 5 years vaccination in the clinic and I cannot found the way. When I call the clinic the receptionist guided me very patiently. And so easy let me find the address. Also the Doctor is very gentle and nice when he gave the injection to my boy. He know how to come down our kid from the nervous. Great experience with this clinic. Thank you so much！

Went here for my covid 19 booster which was fine, however the doctor who was clearly a cosmetic doctor told me to come back for drooping under eyes. Lovely
