As someone who has been renting for over 15 years, Xynergy has been the best real estate agency I've dealt with. Olivia in particular is an excellent property manager. My dealings with property managers have in the past been nearly universally negative. But Xynergy/Olivia I've found responsive, contactable, communicative, and helpful. Every maintenance issue I've had since Xynergy took over has been dealt with promptly and by tradespeople that have demonstrated good workmanship. Communication with building management has also been significantly easier. Thanks so much Xynergy and Olivia!
